Set in an extended 7,000 sq. metre area, surrounded by olive trees and green gardens, Best Western Your Memories Hotel offers a splendid swimming pool, Cretan cuisine and a friendly setting. The hotel fuses contemporary and traditional architectural styles and allocates spacious studios and apartments, all with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, autonomous air conditioning and en suite bathroom with hairdryer and amenities. “Our bad for not realising that the 3 stars(from Google) were actually declassed to 2 stars (on booking).”
Well located to reach Heraklion. The staff wanted to be helpful, but ultimately still underdelivered.

EVA was AMAZING! she was the highlight of my stay. The room wasn't the cleanest and the facilites weren't open eg the pool. I will give the benefit of the doubt as I believe the holiday season is just starting. Not bad for the price I paid but could be better.

We stopped at Your Memories Hotel on our way to explore nearby cities. The room was spacious and clean, the atmosphere was peaceful—even by the pool—and it’s conveniently close to the aquarium.

Beautiful nature around, so well taken care of, a lot of privacy, lovely staff, we felt so welcomed and there's a tavern opposite with lovley staff and great homemade food. The pool is bigger then on the pictures, very clean, absolutley happy with the stay and will come back for sure!

“Lovely stay for a small holiday budget.”
Room has what you need. Air con is available with limiting conditions*, one bedroom and one sofa bed. TV is limted to few greek channels. Host was very lovely and the area is close to everything. The swimming pool was big. The price was very good in comparison with nearby aparthotels.

“Nice location, great stuff, need for renovation”
Location close to many attractions (Cretaquarium, Dinosauria, Planetarium, Water City) Stuff was very polite and friendly, always willing to fulfill our requests The surrounding is very pleasant with nice garden and swimming pool

“A lovely hotel, perfect for a relaxing break”
A lovely hotel in a great location. Maria and her team made us feel very welcome. Our room was a good size with a private patio. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the pool area was very well maintained. 10/10 I would definitely visit again.
