The staff are just incredible. So friendly and helpful and always smiling. The WhatsApp service is so useful and quick. We ordered the breakfast once and the Greek yoghurt and fruit was delicious. Lots of options for breakfast. The suite was as expected, lots of storage and everything you need.

“Absolutely luxurious”

We had an amazing stay at the Suites. We loved the location with plenty food options (Sailing restaurant was our favourite) and such a quiet pool. We often had the entire pool to ourselves. Felt peaceful and luxurious. Our absolute favourite part of the trip was the wonderful friendly cats near by some very cute kittens. We really enjoyed feeding the cats and the fact the staff were nice to them. The room itself was lovely and big plenty space for three. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was great always empty. The delivery of breakfast was fab. There is also a great beach club near by for a day by the sea.

The apartment was so nicely presented. Giorgos sent great directions which were really helpful. The outdoors gym was a great addition and I'd recommend working out in the morning before it gets too warm. The staff were all so friendly and we were given amazing dining recommendations around. Our stay was a truly memorable experience! Giorgos was a great host and we really appreciated the hospitality. We can't wait to return to Crete and will definitely stay here again.

“Elegant suite with pool in Gouves”

The apartment is nicely decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen and it has good soundproof windows (the airport is fairly close and airplanes pass on your head). The bedroom is small but comfortable. Pool access is definitely a plus. Also, the host was very kind and responsive all the time.

We stayed at Volta Suites for 11 nights, the suite was gorgeous and so clean, we had a private pool and garden , Giorgos and all of the staff were amazing, gorgeous breakfast delivered to the room every day at your preferred time. Water, wine and juice in the fridge on our arrival and a generous basket of a welcome gift left out for us. Giorgos hosted a bbq for all the guests one evening which was great fun with delicious food. The main pool is beautiful and was never crowded with plenty of sunbeds. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will be returning to Volta Suites next year.

The pool was safe for the children, and the hotel was located close to a few restaurants which were next to the beach which was nice.

Perfect stay! Great family-run hotel in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the beach, close to a supermarket and the main street with restaurants. Very clean and well-maintained. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Immediately responded to questions when I messaged them. We were lucky enough to arrive on the day that a barbecue was held for all the guests with plenty of good food and drinks. The quality and cleanliness of the villa was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning works very well. Good shower. I loved the pool and the gym area. There were multiple times where we were the only one using it. The accommodation is a great place to relax. Because it's not as busy as a large resort, the atmosphere is more laid back. Everything looks new and clean, just like the pictures. The area is close to multiple beaches and restaurants. It's also a short drive to Iraklion if you want to go there.

We made a great choice booking the Volta to be our first hub for exploring the Crete. Near the airport, so not to much traveling after the flight. The pool was amazing, feels like a private pool since only a few people are at the same time at the pool area. Outdoor gym was great, with a lot of equipment. The hosts are welcome and warm, gave us a nice gifts at departure. Great value for money, will come back for sure!
