Located in Kato Gouves Village, Sea View Beachfront Villa Peri is 30 metres from the sandy beach. It features a fully equipped unit with free WiFi and views of the Cretan Sea. Fitted with a fireplace, this elegantly decorated and air-conditioned, 3-level villa opens to a furnished balcony and a terrace. It consists of 4 separate bedrooms, a living room with sofas and flat-screen, satellite TV, as well as a kitchen with dining area and oven with hobs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are included. Guests may relax at the sun terrace or enjoy the games room where a pool table is available. Activities in the surrounding area include golfing, cycling and horse riding. A restaurant, a café bar and a mini market for the basic supplies can be found within short walking distance. The centre of Heraklion City and Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport are 25 km away, and Sea View Beachfront Villa Peri offers a one-way transfer from the airport to the property.. Free private parking is possible on site.

“Large Villa on the beach”
Large villa right on the sea side. Just as described and in the photos. Though the gaudy furniture shocks one at the first look, the overall comfort and finish is truly commendable. Sitting outside..in the front yard looking at the Cretan Sea is mesmerising.

Amazing place for a relaxing vacation. Equipment of villa is just great - all what you need you will find there. Great comunication with villa owner. Benefit is the pool table downstairs. We will be glad to visit again.

Villa Peri is a perfect location for a family holiday. The Villa itself is ideally equipped, spacious, excellent aircon , with outstanding views of the sea , and a 100 meter walk to a great little beach ideal for all ages. A real highlight for older ( aged 10+) is that at the end of the garden you can walk down via a stoney path to access the sea directly - 2 mins walk from your patio, as a result we only used the beach once or twice over the 2 weeks- we were in the sea at least twice everyday - it’s shallow and warm - paradise! Restaurants and Tavernas are 5 mins walk away, most run by very hospitable local families and the quality of fare as well as the genuine welcome you will receive is top class. Ideal for Cretan getaway - fab location, excellent and friendly service from Katerina and her team, cannot recommend highly enough. If you have the opportunity to book, just do it.
