Perfect place. 20 steps to the beach from the backyard gate, and it's a nice beach. Spacious, great facilities. The kitchen is well stocked. Supermarkets and restaurants in a short walking distance. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. We'd love to come back there.

“The best holiday”
It was just perfect, you have everything that you need in the villa.The seaview from the yard is simply amazing.You can chill on sunbeds provided by the owners and if you want to swim, the sea is 10 seconds away. If you coming with the car, the parking space is covered from the sun. The stuff was great also , on our arrival they allowed us to check in early in the morning. It was the best holiday that my girlfriend and me had.

A very good location, the sea is only 20 steps from the villa! On the left side is the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, which can be rented in 10 euros per day. Although you can do without sunbeds. All cafes and restaurants are in walking distance, we have chosen for ourselves Tawerna Paradise, in which we dined every day, a diverse and tasty menu. Not far from the beach there are a couple of markets where you can buy the necessary products. Inside Villa Maria is a very stylish interior. It includes three floors. There is everything for a comfortable residence! The owners of the villa are very pleasant and friendly people, you can always solve any question, write a message to the Mesenger, or call! For ourselves, we decided that we will definitely return to this wonderful place !!!

“Nice Villa almost on the beach ready for the big family to host in a pleasant comfort!”
Very nice, new and modern Villa. We had all we need and if there was anything need it, our host took care of it! we were 2 adults and 4 teenager age kids and fit very well in with full comfort. Lovely beach almost in front of the garden with gate to go directly in to the beach. Small kiosk in the same block, bigger shop about 300m to walk, couple of restaurants in the neighborhood.
