“Value one”
Location is perfect, close to the beach, easy entrance a cross the street from the hotel, very nice animation program, delicious breakfast and dinner with lovely Personal, thanks to Popi (by breakfast time) and Michalis+Michalis, Kostas (by dinner time). You can borrow a towel for the pool 10eur deposit (1 euro to pay)- it is very ok for whole stay. Easy go to promennade, minimarkets, bus station (700m to Heraklion or Agios Nicolaus), easy to go to Cretaquarium cca 1km nice walk. For other excursions, just from connor stop for pick up. Very nice bathrooms. Very value quality/location*price. Very happy. Can come one day again :-)

"I love the amenities and the organization of this hotel. There are plenty of activities and different shows every night, so you can never get bored. The food varies every day, although breakfast is mostly the same; but everything is delicious. The employees are extremely kind and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with the beach right in front and plenty of activities to enjoy. Around the hotel, there are many great restaurants—the best one was Pella, where we found the freshest and most delicious food, including same-day caught fish, all at very affordable prices. You can also rent cars or buggies, and there are many excursions available across the island, often with food included at a great price. The hotel’s location is truly amazing, with so many things to do nearby.

“Have little expectation, and you might have a good holiday here”
Swimming pools were very nice. Food was also good most of the time. The beach is very nice and clean, exactly in front of the hotel.

The room is smaller in size, but cozy, clean and modern. We received exactly the room we booked, with a beautiful view of the sea. It is an intimate hotel, but very well organized. Despite the late check-in, dinner was waiting for us in the hotel fridge. Fantastic service - smiling, helpful! An additional advantage is the proximity of the hotel beach (the hotel is right next to the beach). We highly recommend it and will come back at the next opportunity ❤️

I was on a half board stay, I have to say that both breakfast and dinner were perfect, many choices, everyday we had different dinner choices. animation team was amazing, my kids loved the activities, the music, and all related to animation.

The location is good, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 min walk (uphill) to the main road where you can take buses to most destinations of the island. they upgraded us to Seaview room other than the hotel manager the staff is very nice and trying to help

The hotel is situated in the first line of the beach. It has its own free parking. The food is very good, although it is prepared for a large number of guests. It is also served (buffet) in many varieties with a good choice.
