The place is lovely, clean and very central. The owner is very responsive and helpful! We had a great stay! You can find everything you might need in the flat.

Good location. It is quite a walk to the station, but fit and abled bodied individuals should have no problem. Apartment was well lit and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped but a larger oven-proof dish for the oven would have been helpful as it was challenging to cook for 3 adults using a small dish. Dining chairs, sofa, and beds were very comfortable. On arrival the hostess provided suggestions for daily excursions which were very helpful. Although there is no hanging space for clothes in the main bedroom, there is sufficient hanging space in the 2nd bedroom.

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is not for from the train station and in the centre of town so it is super easy to go into the old town.

I booked this hotel about 1 hour before I arrived. The front door was locked and nobody let me in! I tried contacting them and booking.com but was not helped on time. I had to find a different place to stay! Later they said they first wanted more private information from me like why I was travelling to Gouda and why I booked the apartment and what I would be doing. In all my years on booking.com I haven't experienced this.

The beds, super comfy you melt into them. Was asleep in 5 minutes every night.

The location was fabulous! We were right in the middle of the old town, right next to the town square. The Saturday market and restaurants were a stone's throw away. The apartment looks newly renovated and was clean and neat. The tiny staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the upper level was an interesting feature. The beds and pillow were nice and comfy.

Very spacious apartment with excellent amenities and facilities. Could easily sleep more people as the bedrooms are so spacious. It’s a duplex apartment which offers sufficient privacy for sleeping. Plenty of kitchen utensils are available to cater to most kinds of cooking. Dish washer aided greatly in quick and easy clean ups allowing us plenty of time to invest in exploring and shopping in this quaint slow paced haven of a town.
