“All superb”
Every thing was Perfect. The room, the food in restaurant, the breakfast, English speaking staff wath is very rare for Germany. Nice parking at the hotel where you can park the motorbike safely.

“Will never stay at one of this hotel chain again.”
Oue room was awful, it was a very 'basic' room in a very bad state and in need of a total refurb. We arrived late after a very long day on the road and booked in then went out to try and get something to eat. Failed miserably as the few places in the area were either closed or not very inviting. Went back to the hotel and to our room, we were very displeased by what we found and went to reception to complain only to find no-one around, phoned the number for the hotel without success. We took pics of the room to show the state it was in and tried to get some rest. The room was at the front of the hotel and we had constant road noise all night, we had to have the windows open as there was no air conditioning and the room was smelly. After a terrible night we waited at reception for a member of staff to appear. Finally the receptionist arrived and we were able to tell her that the room was not suitable to which she said that it was a basic hotel and all the rooms were 'similar' and failed to see what our complaint was. After about half an hour we were finally told that although the hotel was fully booked??? some guests were leving that morning and they might be able to give us a room at the back of the hotel which might be quieter? so, we had a fairly basic breakfast and spent the morning waiting for a better room. By 12 noon we were given a much nicer room which looked much like the pics online. Stayed for ano ywo nights but were only too pleased to leave. Pics were taken of the first room we were given just to prove how bad it really was.
