“Fantastic view of Mt Fuji”
We stayed in the Japanese style room with onsen and Fuji view. It was a beautiful, huge set of rooms with a fantastic view. The lady who checked us in was really helpful and made our futon beds up for us while we went to dinner. The hot spring bath was amazing! We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and breakfast (both charged extra but worth it). There is a shuttle bus available to the hotel from the train station but we used taxis which were not expensive.

“Unbelievable views, rooms and onsen”
Incredible view from the property even when it was cloudy. Faculties were 10/10, everything done to an amazing standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the room with the private onsen and for the time we were there it felt like we were living in luxury

View from the room is unbeatable and the hotel has been built to maximise this. Spacious room and the lounge is really nice for relaxing in. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every aspect.

The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's also super close to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Overall, I had a great experience—if I come back to the Fuji area for shopping again, I'd totally stay here again!

“Amazing stay near Gotemba Premium Outlets with friendly staff and view of Mount Fuji”
The staff was really helpful and humorous. It made my stay so much better. The facilities are a little dated, you can tell that it's not a new hotel, but it has its charm. I stayed in the Japanese western room and had the view of Mount Fuji right in front of me. The included breakfast was a balanced meal with salad and yogurt, and it was served to your table. The hotel stay was well worth it.
