The onsen stay was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and satisfying, a good way to start the day. Overall, it was a calm and enjoyable stay, and I would consider returning again.

“Amazing view & exceptional hotel”
This was an amazing stay, my partner and I really enjoyed the spacious room with a couch, we had two twins beds and the bathroom was so modern and clean. There were endless amenities supplied for us. The hotel overall including staff were exceptional! I would recommend friends and family to stay here, additionally it’s close to Gotemba premium outlets! The views of Mount Fuji were jaw dropping as well!

Quiet surrounding, easy to park rental car. The exterior looks dated (16 years old this year) but the interior is very nice and well maintained! Rooms are large by Japanese standard (probably double usual size). 12th floor is for all guests to quietly enjoy Mt Fuji.

Mars Garden Wood Gotemba is a convention hotel, great for weddings and Outlet shoppers. Rooms are really large, onsen spa is clean and spacious, beautiful garden where you can feed the Koi fish and enjoy nightly musical fountain show and the Japanese breakfast was excellent. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Its location is close to outlet, entertainment and restaurants. Exceptional place to stay even for a night.
