The reason I book this hotel was quite close to Gotenba Premium Outlet. They provide free parking.

Good location (with car) that is within driveable distance to Hakone and Kawaguchiko. Good view of Mt Fuji (within weather expectation) for guest that has room facing Mt Fuji view or if not, can take photos at carpark or across the road.

Book this hotel for the Mt Fuji climb next day. Location is good and hotel staff help to arrange to send the luggage to my next destination after Fuji climb. Thanks and recomended.

-Location was what we wanted near to places we wanted to see. -Breakfast has many options, very filling traditional Japanese which we liked -Comfortable Bed and room is good size compared to others -Onsen! -Free parking just in front of hotel -New Towels & trash clearing everyday -Polite & helpful staff. There is always someone at the reception 24 hrs. -Not busy or over crowded during our stay -free little amenities supplied for daily use

Location is superb about 200 meters from Gotemba train station and you can see the view of mount Fuji.

The service was beyond my expectation. We stayed in separate single rooms and when we left we carelessly left a small watch charger in one of the rooms and in another we discarded a shirt on the table. The next day we contacted the hotel about the charger and the replied promptly that they found the charger and a shirt. We were willing to pay for the delivery cost but they covered it. For the rate that they charge the service, breakfast, Onsen, cleanliness, and location are well above our expectation.
