Nice and clean hotel. A lot of things are inclusive, like ice cream, drinks and so on. Staff was friendly. The onsen was also very nice.

“The perfect place to stay on our way to Tokyo. Very nice facilities and the staff were so friendly”
The location was great and the staff were accommodating despite our late arrival. The facilities were modern and clean, and it was the perfect spot to stay a night on our way to Tokyo

“Great view for stay”
The rooftop foot bath was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience with beautiful views, and on clear days even Mount Fuji can be seen. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and spoke good English, which made the stay smooth and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay with great service and a unique feature.

Location is great. Easy parking. Easy check-in, check-out. 10 mins drive to Gotemba Outlet. 20 mins drive to many golf course. So many free perks, ice bar, Yakult, coffee, late-night ramen. Public bath is decent, just a lil too small during crowded hours (ladies).

“It was great, cant believe its rated 3 stars, has to be at least 4.”
It was close the Premium outlets and the view was superb. You could see the Fuji mountain right outside and while eating breakfast.

“Nice view”
Hotel with perfect roof top view to Fujisan with foot spa. Breakfast was great. Lot of local got there for Onsen, hardly see any tourists.
