“Jewel of a cottage”

An absolutely amazing cottage. Never stayed in a cottage so thoughtfully decorated. It is truly home away from home. The owner is also so kind and giving. It was a wonderful experience.

“House with "own soul" and tasty honey ☺️🐝”

We were very pleased with our stay at the Honey House. This is a small, old, restored house with its own soul. The house is located in nature, a few kilometers away from Gospić. An ideal place for a more active holiday. Nearby are the Velebit mountains, the city of Karlobag with access to the sea, the Nikola Tesla Memorial Center. We were pleasantly surprised when, after a long trip, the house had everything necessary for life and a lot of pleasant little things. The hostess Ninna is very hospitable and caring. Always ready to help with deed and advice. Ninna is a true guardian angel. We highly recommend and will definitely return if possible.

“Great place to unwind”

The house has everything you need and more. We counted four different ways to make coffee and i am not sure we found them all. The location is remote but easy to access. An ideal place to unwind. The host is dedicated to make your stay wonderful. We came with a toddler and he got everything he wished for.

“Wonderful cottage in the middle of nature equipped with everything you can possibly need”

The hostess is the kindest person ever, the place is absolutely fantastic with so many cute details, clean and functional. Nature surrounding the house is stunningly beautiful and place is so quiet and relaxing. Rooms are comfortable, kitchen is exepctionally well eqipped and there are all possible types of food and drinks for good breakfast available. Terrace has wonderful natural wood set to enjoy the outdoors and there is even the grill. We stayed just for a weekend but this is definetely a place we want to come again and stay longer. Thank you Nikolina for all the assistance.

The accommodation is superb - it is extremely cute, cosy and clean, beds are very comfortable, and the house is incredibly equipped. It has everything you may possibly need to feel at home. We also got welcome gifts, and our dog got a bag of treats. The host is incredibly helpful and really goes above and beyond to make your trip as nice as possible. We have definitely found our base for all our hikes and trips in the area!

Honey House Lika is situated at perfect location to explore surronding area, easy to reach, yet the place is isolated enough to enjoy utter tranquility with starry sky, and the sound of crickets being the only sound you can hear at night. The host, Nina greeted me at arrival, together with her mum and her charming daughter. They all made me feel very welcomed. The house is both, joy to the eyes, and very comfortable. Nina is avid and accomplished interior designer, and her attention to detail and sense of beauty is second to none. To sum it up, the whole experience of my stay in Honey House Lika was fenomenal, and I would surely like to come back again.

Honey House Lika is absolutely equipped with all amenities you could think of. plus little bit more. it's great. everything you could possibly need, you'll find on logical place. host is very kind and carrying. always willing to help but discrete.

Nika is the best hostess ever, you can always contact her if there are any questions (even seemingly silly ones). I stayed there on my own because my travel partner got sick and it was no problem at all. Nika, her mum and daughter greeted me when I got there and even brought cake and selfmade honey. The house is very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. The best thing about my stay definitely was the hostess though, Nika made me feel very welcome. I will definitely stay there in the future :)

Absolutely perfect host. The accomodation is in a quiet area where you can find peace for your mind and soul. The house is more than comfortable and clean. Plenty of snacks included. Everything is clean and with nice details. We will definitely visit this accommodation again.
