We arrived at the hotel on time for check-in, but the hotel was closed. We called the owner, who claimed that we had no reservation. After another conversation, she said she hadn’t seen the reservation and that she would only be able to meet us an hour later. We were forced to wait for the key after a long and exhausting day of sightseeing. We didn’t even receive an apology from the hotel owner. 💡

Excellent value for money accommodation. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Self service check in as staff not on the front desk 24/7, but worked fine. Very clean room and facilities.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. We could make good use of the kitchen so the apartment essentially paid for itself. Plenty of parking.

The apartment was private, spacious and comfortable. It was cosy and well equipped. The breakfast was exceptionally well catered for, especially the glut free aspect. I loved the variety of cheeses and even the fleischsalat! On fine days it was only a short walk into the Altstadt and railway station.

It was clean, comfortable, had all the facilities and the breakfast buffet was decent. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

It was in a very quiet side street with not much through traffic, meaning that we could leave a window open at night without hearing much. The bed was extremely comfortable, the WiFi was very fast. Breakfast ….. wow, that was really a highlight! The kitchen staff were very attentive, (even when the boss wasn’t there), and asked several times if we required anything else. The cleaner did her job well, our beds were freshly made, and the room was clean and tidy when we returned from our excursions into the town, or around the Harz mountain area. Parking is a bit limited, the roadside parking is reserved for permanent residents with permit only parking, but there are off road parking areas available for four or five vehicles. Nighttime parking is, however, no problem, as the parking restrictions only apply until 18:00.

We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here when we go to Goslar. We had an apartment this journey and it fit our needs perfectly. We had plenty of room for three people. The kitchen was equipped so we could have our own breakfast. The cleaning staff were lovely. Cant say enough good things. Highly recommend

When we arrived at 6pm, the door to the hotel was locked and no staff was on duty. Luckily, after awhile one of the guests returned and opened the door for us. Instead of apologizing, hotel owner got defensive when confronted about it. One of the beds in the room was a converted couch, stiff like plywood. No good night sleep.

Nice and quite location close to the center. Kind staff with us and also with our motorbike, finding a dry place to sleep!

Easy check-in, nice breakfast, the parking is very convenient.
