Lovely owner who couldn’t have been more helpful. Nice breakfast! Less than 10 minutes drive from expensive Andermatt Accomodation. Facilities were dated but all worked fine and were clean!

My experience in Andermatt was the best possible because of the hotel. From check-in to check-out, I was well treated and welcomed. Both the staff, the gentleman who served us and the lady, are incredible. I would like to thank the lady who was wonderful with us. I would stay at this hotel 1,000 times over. If you are thinking about going to Andermatt and have nowhere to stay, stay at this hotel. It's not about luxury. It's about a clean, organized place where you'll be treated like a home. The breakfast is delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was adequate for a family of four, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is functional, and there's sufficient storage space for belongings.
