The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and professional, always readily available to assist with any request. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bathroom was elegant and finished to a high standard. Breakfast was served in a small yet cozy dining area, offering a wide variety of food options to choose from. We would definitely be delighted to return in the future.

As a frequent guest of IG Hotel, I always have a very good serivce and support from the staff, they all are very friendly and helpful anytime. The location is excellent and a walking distance to reach the bars and restaurants.

“Modern hotel in the town”
The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast no other meals but there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. There was an ample selection at breakfast. The hotel is modern and nicely furnished. I would certainly return here.

“The owner should do a lot of things to reach a really four star!”
The room was large, everything seemed good, until we found out there is only one bathrobe and only one pair of slippers in two-beds room! We were too tired to complain, and in late afternoon, there is only one person of staff who is doing everything: checking us in, preparing our coffees, showing us our rooms, etc... In four star hotel you simply cannot let it go just like it.

There was a water shortage in the city for the night. They noticed me via booking.com earlier to give me chance to cancel booking, this was quite good. However, I expect at least a limited water supply from faucet.

“A little Gem in Central Serbia.”
The hotel is clean and modern and certainly up to international standards. Staff was polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Easy to locate with good adjacent parking.
