Very beautiful and well-equiped apartment. It is also quite large. Often there is a strong wind bringing some refreshment. A very large balcony with very nice dangling chairs. Beach and restaurants within walking distance for the average kid. The car could be parked on the driveway which could be locked with a remote control, very fancy.
