“Bad night in a hostel like Room, but nice Staff”

The room was very spartan and not at all homely. However when we asked the duty manager she brought us a few things such as a boiler and mugs for a cup of tea. The room is more reminiscent of a hostel which was also confirmed by staff the next morning. As such it was overpriced. The grounds and the actual Villa Ephraim are interesting.

I enjoyed my stay, comfortable room and good hot shower, very clean, very quet, I had a good sleep. Comfortable bed and good quality bedlinen and pillows. Villa situated in very picturesque area with architecture from the beginning of the 20-th century, I enjoyed the walks there. There is a supermarket just around the corner and bakery across the road. In 15 min walk is amazing public swimming pool with very nice wellness area, I choose my stay also for that reason, it was good to relax after a long days driving. I parked on the boulevard but there is a private parking avialable just next to the building. It is possible to have breakfast in the villa beautiful rooms but I did not used this option. Will definetely come back, thank you!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, parking.

It is very clean, in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood. There's also a supermarket right next to the hotel in case you need to buy something. The room is quite spacious and there's a tram ans bus stop a few meters away for easy connection to the city center and the train station.

Comfortable, fit for the price. Helpful staff. Perfect location.

Clean place in the garden of beautiful villa

Amazing old villa and garden, you sleep in modern house nearby and quite varied breakfast is served in the villa at 8-10 AM. Calm location (close to forest and zoo). Clean and warm room. Free parking place. Proper for short stay.

Just be careful - this nice old building on the photos is not what you get for you room. Motel is in another small building nearby. Still nice territory and comfort beds but not the castle (if anybody is driving here for that)

Twin room for single use, big windows which opened wide (very hot weather), comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Location was fine as I could use the €9 ticket on the tram in August when I was staying there. Supermarket nearby. Very good price. Didn't have breakfast.

I enjoyed the location and the building itself. The staff were very accommodating and all in all were very helpful in making our stay there more pleasant.

The villa itself and the park are gorgeous. 10 days ago David Hasselhoff was there because of the shooting of his film. You can find more in their website. What I recommend is to book a breakfast there
