Overview
This lovingly restored 16th century Renaissance town house is now a beautiful family-run hotel, still boasting original architectural features, is found in the pretty, historic town of Görlitz. The 4-star Romantik Tuchmacher Hotel offers individually furnished rooms, which feature exposed timber beam ceilings and a classic design. Of course you will still find all modern amenities you need, including free WiFi throughout the hotel. Visit the Färber Stube lounge for a hearty breakfast buffet. “Too little time to do do proper sightseeing, but enough to see what an amazing place Goerlitz is.”
Wonderful ancient interior with wooden beams in a spacious room. Very helpful staff answering all the questions before the arrival and responding to our requests during the stay. An amzzing location in the heart of the hostorical Old Town.

Hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet location. Loved the decorations and furnitures. Very polite and helpful staff. Parking is 3 mins walk - might be a bit full if you arrived after 9 pm. Clean rooms with everything you need for your stay, toiletries, bath robes, mini bar etc.

“Perfect place to stay in the Old town center”
Perfect location in the old town. Nice hotel. Friendly staff who helped us with bike rental. It was possible to park in the hotel car park a short distance from the hotel (you could drive to the hotel and drop off your luggage)

“Beautiful hotel right in the old quarter”
The building was stunning as was our room with the old wooden beams. Parking was nearby and very easy to get to. Breakfast was a real treat in the morning.

Very nice, historic hotel. Good location in old town. Room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. Room was very quiet, despite hotel being busy. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Fast, reliable wifi.
