Too much bad to be true. First, the rude women at the reception said that your reservation is not at the hotel, but in another building with a dark localization, with no quality at all. So. I had to pay an extra to stay at the hotel. The bed lampd didnt work. A nigthmare.

The historical building has exceptional location right in the heart of the medieval Görlitz. Friendly staff, private parking, spacious rooms and very nice facilities elevated this stay. Breakfast offering was extremely comprehensive.

“Nice hotel in the historical city centre”
Nice hotel directly at Obermarkt in the historical city center. My room towards the back of the building was very quiet and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice. The room was very warm, but when I mentioned it, I was given a large fan starting my second day (since there was none available when I arrived in the late evening), which made it bearable.

There is nothing to criticise. Using Lift or elevator was complex. We stayed room 403. Room was wonderful. The Oven was out of order. Lastly the dible beds were little bit uncomforyable.

“For city lovers”
The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the fact we had to pay an extra 10 EUR for a late checkin (after 22:00). The room was located about 50 metres down the road, which was rather surprising (neither good nor bad).

I like coming back here. A truly recommendable hotel in Görlitz for business trips! Hint: the cheaper rooms are in another building. If you opt for the more expensive ones, you will stay in the main building and will be able to enjoy the cozy design of the spacious rooms!
