“Disaster -we did not stay. Now I have send 4. times the info to booking.com to get a free cancelatio”

The information from booking.com did not reach the provider (their info), and they could not give us a ground floor accommodation (obligatory due to my mobility disability. We could not stay- I could not climb the stairs to 2. floor.

“Disappointing!”

It was dirty! The bed was broken, the blanket was dirty, too. In the ashtray there was a pile of old cigarettes, some of them spread on the balcony floor. The curtains were hanging down on one side of the balcony door. The baby bed we had been asking for in advance arrived on the second day.

It was the first time we had to make a video call to our host to get inside the apartment. I think is much comfortable if we only had sent the information for checking and the host had given back with the instructions to get the inside because a video call was unnecessary. My bed was uncomfortable because the springs poked into me when I was lying on it.

The property was fine. Comfortable bed and climatized.

The process of checking in is a disaster. You have to call the phone number that they give you, so that they video call you to confirm your identity. They didn't pick up the phone. Luckily there was another person that arrived at the same time and spoke Italian. After calling them multiple times, we stood in the street for around an hour. Finally, an old lady who lives in the same building came out to check us in (she doesn't work for them, as far as we were told). There are more than 10 rooms in the apartment complex, all empty. They put us and the other person in the same apparent (to save on cleaning, I presume). We all went out for a drink to a bar in front of the building and saw two people in our room peaking through the curtains. After going to the room and confronting them, it turns out that they were also booked in the same apparent. We had to go to the old lady to call the owner and sort out the situation. They got moved to a different apparent, but we were let sharing the one with the person that we checked in at the same time with. If it wasn't for him, we would most likely spend the night in the car. The owner manages three locations in three different cities from who knows where and doesn't have the decency to have a worker greet you and check you in in person. All this can be avoided if they just give you a code to enter the building when you check in (but then they would need to send some to change the code I guess? And that probably costs money). The room was average, almost no lighting. I don't know about the cleanliness as it was dark.

The check-in system did not work as expected.

Modern and very clean apartment. We were very happy to get an apartment with a washing machine, but had to specifically ask for it. Easy check in over the phone. Great size of the apartment. We found free street parking right outside.

Good position, about 10-minute walking to the main street in the city center. Parking is free along the street.

Cheap

Beautiful accommodation, free coffee and nice balcony. Very clean.

Nice place, good location, great lobby, helpful personel.

Check in was very easy through telephone and the flat is spacious. There is a common area on the ground floor with coffee and a vending machine.
