“Excellent stay in a quiet and comfortable location”

The apartment is very easily accessible from the highway, making it ideal for a comfortable stop during your travels. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxation, and the parking is safe, right in front of the house. You can also reach the city center on foot with a pleasant walk. The apartment is spacious, bright, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the thoughtful touches from the host – water, coffee, and candies – were much appreciated.

“A beautifully designed, cozy apartment with everything you need and a host who makes you feel right”

This was by far the best value for money I’ve experienced in a long time. The apartment is beautifully decorated – minimalistic yet modern – with thoughtful design touches like the Philips lighting that created a cozy, even romantic atmosphere. It’s cozy, spacious, and feels like home the moment you walk in. The kitchen is super well equipped, the bathroom has everything you need, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable, giving us the quality rest we hoped for. The place is set a bit outside the city center, but it’s only a 5-minute car ride away, so no sweat at all. Plus, Gorizia has plenty of parking available for visitors in the city center, and the free parking spot at the apartment was one of the main reasons we considered and booked the place. Finally, Dean was an amazing host – responsive, available for any questions, but never intrusive. It truly felt like I had a local friend on speed dial, which made exploring Gorizia so much easier. All in all, an amazing stay that exceeded all our expectations.

We were met by the property owner, Dean, who was very welcoming and friendly; gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is really well appointed and has everything you need including extras such as a minibar, snacks and a wine rack, very reasonably priced. A large comfortable double bad and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a real bonus with temperatures in the top 20s

“It's simply better than home!”

It exceeded all my expectations! Better than home! There is everything, really everything, that serves total comfort and convenience. Clean, modern, high-quality furniture, special lighting, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator with a deep freezer, coffee and tea making facilities with ready-made tea filters and coffee, sugar, etc. Private parking space directly in front of the house. The owner is very kind and helpful, he does everything to make us feel good! The apartment is a little away from the noise of the city, in a calm place with clean air, close to the Isonzo river, you can take a nice walk nearby on the river bank, it is also beautiful. The city center by car is approx. 9 minutes. There is also a restaurant right next door.

This lovely apartment is located in the ledge of Gorizia which gives you a very calm and quiet experience. Few meters away there is a beautiful park next to the famous Isonzo river. Apartment itself is very clean, beautifly decorated and with an amazing morning view of the sunrise. City center is not far away, over there its very easy to find main tourist attractions. Owner is very nice, generous and helpful so you'll have an easiest time communicating with him. Would highly recomend 🍀

Apartment was great, very cosy, we found everything we needed there, the owner was very friendly, also this place is very pet friendly! Our dog had never been so welcomed as in this place :) He got not only sleeping bed, but also snacks :) Really recommend this place!

The owner is extremely nice, the room is very clean, the private parking lot is perfect for those who travel with a car. The kitchen is well equipped. 10/10 recommended!
