We were welcomed by a very kind and hospitable host who lives in the same building. The room is equipped with everything needed for comfort and has separate access from a spacious courtyard, where a covered area is arranged for dining. The room is cozy, with a generous kitchen and comfortable beds. The car can be parked on the access driveway. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, spacious, clean, comfortable space. Easy to park. The family was very very friendly! We arrived after the checking hours, they waited for us in order to give us the key and show us the space. Great location for visiting Gorizia or just for an overnight stay.

“Cosy traditional little casa.”

We were met by our host and after initial misunderstanding by me on check in time, we came back a bit later and he came especially to let us in. He was lovely and chatty in his best English and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfy. Aircon has been fitted which was amazing with the temperature being in the 30s. Gas stove top and fridge with enough plates etc for a whole family and all the cousins! Big courtyard so we could clean our bikes and prepare our luggage before travel. The sofa is so comfy, we had the best snooze of our whole trip!

Everything was more than perfect. Cozy apartment and super kind staff. I'll definitely repeat.

“Peaceful stay in Görz”

A little bit remote, most of the time quiet unless there is a train passing on the railway line nearby. Fortunately not so often. The rooms are rustic but cozy and very clean. The bed is so comfy. The best I had in days. Firm mattress and proper pillows. The shower is equipped with all kinds of gadgets. The owner lives in the same property.

It was the last station for us travelling home from Porto Pollo, Sardinia, through Livorno - Ferrara. My phone was not working since the travel on ferry, so only noticed later, that the host called me. We arrived around 7PM and were welcomed an absolutely kind, lovely host, very calm, with a charming and comfortable apartment, nice garden, beautiful landscape around it, nice town with best restaurant during a 10 days trip.

“Comfortable, friendly and welcoming.”

We stayed at Casa Villa for one night as a stop-over for a long trip in July 2022. Gianfranco and Annamaria are wonderful hosts: friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived after a long drive and they welcomed us with some appreciated refreshments. The suite was large, comfortable, well-furnished and quiet. It has all the necessary amenities one needs. The location is just a few minutes' drive from Gorizia in the countryside, so the air is fresh and clean. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this little jewel of a city.

Although we were late in arriving we were kindly received, the host helped us order food because we don't know the language, The accommodation is tidy, and quiet.

The host was very friendly and communicated nicely everything I needed or wanted to know. The location was very quiet, near a vineyard in a rural area, really close to the city. The room had everything I needed, including a small kitchen for basic needs. I think it is a very good acommodation for transit during a holiday or for visiting the area.

I think excellent, quiet location not far from motorway in nice little town. All about wine area with charming villas. Host very friendly and helpful. You got safe parking space in backyard, huge space. Nice and clean in and out. All facilities available as you need. There is enough space even for entire family. Friendly dog for your safe night.. :)
