Everything was AMAZING! Location, the stone-built rooms, decoration inside. As if you were in a traditional village. Its far more beautiful in reality, than in the fotos. Everything was really clean and seemed renovated! Receptionist Lily is one of a kind! Always keen to assist, smiley and kind! Breakfast is served from 10:00 so plan your logistics accordingly and enjoy the hospitality of the ranch! A pitty we had to leave next day!

Located between Goris and Tatev, in an ideal position to visit the south of Armenia. The Structure also has a Restaurant and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was lovely and always ready to help!

We stayed at this hotel with our family during the New Year holidays, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable and convenient for us, with parking and a pet-friendly policy so we could travel with our dog. The rooms were spacious, warm, and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff were kind and welcoming. The manager, Srbuhi, was especially helpful and attentive, and made sure everything was comfortable for our family. The location is convenient for visiting Goris, Tatev, and nearby places, and it was nice to spend the evenings by the fire on the hotel grounds. Thank you for a warm and comfortable stay.

New clean house, comfortable beds, nice view, good food, friendly hosts, payment by card possible, everything we needed was in a room like towels, coffee, shampoo, hair dryer, even toothbrush and hotel slippers. Highly recommended!

Very cozy place. The staff was attentive and helpful

I really loved The Ranch! The room is actually a cozy little house, very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. Excellent bathroom as well, with good water pressure from the shower. All the staff were so nice, always greeting you with a smile. Even if they don’t speak english, you will manage just fine with them. The manager though does speak perfect english and you can reach her on the phone through her staff if you need any help and she will be on site as well throughout the day. They serve a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning and good and tasty dinners as well. The location is nice but only if you have a car to move around as it’s a bit distant from the town or nearest stores. There are animals in the property (a dog, some rabbits and some chickens as well). Keep that in mind as some of them might interrupt your sleep at night / early morning but nothing serious, it’s “a ranch” anyway so that is totally expected.

Everything is absolutely perfect; we spent four days here and I could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for me, outside the city, yet nestled among the region's biggest attractions. The cottages are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Breakfasts are hearty, made with fresh, local produce. The staff are very attentive and kind. My best experience in Armenia, and I highly recommend it.

TL;DR: ✨ 10/10 – Beautiful views, peaceful location, super clean, fast Wi-Fi, excellent shower and climate control, amazing hosts. A truly memorable stay — highly recommended if you have a car. Full Review: We were a group of five friends traveling by car from the Iranian border to Yerevan. Goris and Tatev are popular spots for a mid-route stop if you want to cover a long distance in two days, but Ranch offers much more than a basic overnight stay — it’s the kind of place you’ll wish you were booked for longer. There are three separate suites, each fitting 2–3 people. We booked two of them for one night. Everything was spotless, with excellent shower pressure and temperature, fast Wi-Fi, and efficient heating and cooling. It seemed the property runs on solar energy, but there was no issue at all with electricity. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. In the evening, they lit a fire for us, which was the perfect way to relax under the stars and enjoy the stillness of nature while having a friendly chat. Just a note: if you’re not traveling with a car, Ranch may not be the most practical option, as it’s located in a remote and quiet area — the nearest shop is about a 10-minute drive. But with a vehicle, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better place in the region.

Lovely host, ready to help and very kind. Good location between Tatev and Goris yet very quiet. The little house is lovely and very clean (we got new towels everyday), views are spectacular.
