Excellent accommodation with great utilities. Sauna, table tennis, gym, etc. were very good for the big group of friends. There were 10 of us, and there was enough space for all of us to sleep well. I´d definitely recommend.

“Great value for money.”
The place is huge and very comfy. It was easy to check in, the host made the communication very easy. The breakfast got dropped off by the driver at the time we’ve requested and it was perfect to get us through the trip back to Yerevan. The surroundings are quiet, but you are a short walk away from restaurants, shops and an atm.

“Like a 5 star hotel”
This is an absolute mansion with beautiful decore and extremely spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and the overall facilities were like a 5 star hotel. The owner was a delightfull person who really made us feel welcome and the check in and check out process was really smooth. We would highly recommend this place

The appartment is big and spacious. Wonderful accomodation and worm hosting. Very recommended for families and big groups.
