Good location and next to a really good restaurant, Erisoni. Very cute place inside a typical neighbourhood. Good breakfast!

The guest house is really clean, our room was lovely & the shared bathroom is really big & very clean. George was so helpful throughout our 2 night stay. We had dinner & breakfast & both were amazing, so much food, his mum is a great cook. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk to town, the town itself is lovely. This is the perfect guest house for a stay in Gori, I highly recommend it.

Highly recomemnded, if i had to choose again, i'd go here again coz this is exactly what i expect and love when i have accomodation at families, at local small businesses. We arrived very late, and im not sure the host had noticed my booking, but without any issue we were hosted. Both, the senior and the younger host was kind, offered wine and chacha at arriving (i think we could have dinner as well if we wanted, even it was late). Younger host speaks english very well, and senior host uses translator app and you can have a decent conversation with him too (retired war veteran, i think he has a lot of interesting stories). It's a very clean pleace, any 3-4 star hotel could be envy of the room. We had the cheapest room, it has no separated bathroom, you have to share if there is someone else, if you dont like this way you can have another room (senior host showed his guest house with two flat, those were fine as well). We had breakfast with varied foods, it was delicious amd enough.

We traveled from Butami to Gori, very pleasant journey with a chatty driver, many tourist informations about our Georgia tour. The guesthouse is close to the mountain foothills, very green. Being in low travel season, the owner let us stay at the best 3-bedded room, next to kitchen and dining room. The gardens are well maintained, grapes plants started to sprout new leaves. In the evening owner invited us to his wine cellar , gave a small talk on grapes and wine. He let us taste his house wines. Free of course. Breakfast was good. Owner called an experienced taxi driver to get to Kazbegi. Many stops along the way.

A short walk from the train station. Owners were very friendly. Property backs on to the hills behind so is relaxing to sit in the garden. Room was OK. Easy to walk in to the centre (c20-30 min walk)

Super friendly and fun owner!! Quiet location, shared balcony overlooking the vines in the garden. We ordered dinner, which was excellent! A very good white wine. We recommend the whole experience. The room is very basic, but the privat bathroom is the biggest we've had. Rich breakfast, also the best we had. The children enjoyed watching the turtle in the garden and the little puppies they had.

Great location in the small houses around, like 12 minutes from Uplistikhe. A super friendly host invited us for free wine/spirits tasting. We had a separate family room, so breakfast was served in our room, and was delicious and massive. All facilities were great and functioned as expected. Great value for the money, very recommended.
