We wanted an overnight stay near Gori, and this was a perfect choice! The cottages are brand new and kept in a very good condition. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The heating relies on air conditioner so you have to adjust it yourself, and as we turned it off before going to bed we had to turn it on during the night as we got colder. The cottages are spacious, have a small mini fridge and owner leaves bottles of wine if you'd like to purchase. There are glasses for wine and water and mugs to make tea. Parking is easy and just in front of the cottage, behind big gates that close during the night. Each cottage has a little balcony that is in the sun whole day so you can enjoy glass of wine there until sunset. Breakfast is available for extra price from 9am, but we didn't go with it as we had an early check-out to continue our journey through Georgia.

“A Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location”

We had two wonderful days with Joseph. The location, a bit outside of Goris, is perfect for exploring both the town and the beautiful surroundings. The food was absolutely delicious, and the wine was amazing as well. The small playground was great for the kids. Everything was truly lovely and very warm-hearted.

The place have great owner with great hospitality. The pace have wine yard and small play ground for the kids. Dinner was supper! 🤤 Very quiet! 15 minutes drive from the caves. So you have the whole package Thank you!

The cottages are beautifully finished and well equipped with a small fridge, a terrace. Everything is clean and new. We loved being in the countryside but an 8 mi ute drive into Gori itself.

Great accommodation in a quit and beautiful place. Some houses are newer than others, but all are well equipped and clean. Breakfast and dinner are well worth the money and you don’t have to drive anywhere for that. Wine is excellent as well!

Excellent breakfast with good vegetarian options

What a gem of a place! Immersed in the lovely Georgian countryside and at the same time 10 minutes by car from Gori. The cottage was lovely, lovely appointed, comfortable and with nice details everywhere. We had one breakfast and one dinner at the Chateu and they were huge and delicious. The owner and his wife are really nice and hospitable and it felt very much like being at home. Warmly recommended!
