Overview
Situated in a historic stone building along a winding street in Göreme, this hotel features 2 sun terraces with panoramic town views. It offers guestrooms with private bathrooms and has a restaurant. Rooms at the Sato Cave Hotel are heated and feature arched ceilings and simple furnishings. Some rooms come equipped with an armoire and a work desk. Cave rooms are also available. In the morning, Hotel Cappadocia serves a breakfast on the sun terrace and can be enjoyed with views of the natural surroundings and nearby villages. “Unforgetable stay!”
A Warm Welcome and an Unforgettable Stay! Although we stayed only one night, we truly felt at home. From the very first moment, we were warmly and sincerely welcomed by the hotel manager, Mr. Hünkar — we are truly grateful to him. He carefully arranged our hot air balloon ride, ATV/quad tour, and horseback safari, making sure we made the most of our limited time. All activities were incredibly enjoyable and offered at very reasonable prices. The hotel’s view is absolutely stunning, overlooking Red Valley and Rose Valley. Compared to our previous visit to Göreme, the hotel’s central location and easy access to everywhere was a huge advantage. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the town center, which made our day smooth and efficient. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. And the breakfast — simply amazing! We were truly impressed by the variety and deliciousness. We’d like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Merve for preparing such a delightful breakfast. In short, this stay exceeded all our expectations. Huge thanks to everyone who made it so special. We wholeheartedly recommend Şato Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia — and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again on our next trip!

The caves were great. Right in the centre of Goreme. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious the best we had in Turkey and the staff were so kind and helpful.

Property is in the perfect spot. Central and easy to get around up main attractions. Room was amazing with a view. Modern but still gives that old cave feeling. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely recommend

“Perfect for a stay in cappadoccia”
Gorgeous property with really unique rooms. The caves were soooo cosy which was really great as it was chilly when we visited. Really comfy beds, a great shower, a nice breakfast spread and really friendly staff as well. Super nice space, felt very luxurious!

“Perfect!”
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and full of local recommendations. The staff helped us book hot air balloon tours and airport shuttles quick and easily. They went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. The daily breakfast was delicious and huge! Great location - walking distance to everything, perfect terrace to watch the balloons during sunrise.

“Great for female solo travellers Sato Cave is lovely, safe & centrally located to everything!”
Initially I booked for 4 days and ended up loving Cappadocia so much I extended up to 2 weeks more, so I got to experience 4 different rooms during my stay here. The staff are lovely making my stay even more comfortable. Here you will experience this local family community feeling during your stay. If you prefer your own private space or if you enjoy being more social you can experience both during your stay. I was feeling unwell on the first night and the staff brought me a small meal with some tea to my room which was a great help .. as I had no energy to walk outside for dinner (breakfast service is provided) The staff will provide you with true genuine advice in terms of sight seeing, such as reputable companies to use for tours, as well as places to eat in the area, facilities such as shops / doctors / hospitals / atms etc. You can easily book tours as you wish, going with the flow if you prefer and payments are flexible to make in advance as you like or after your stay through cash or card. Which also applies to the airport shuttle if you request a pickup / drop off. The rooms are all beautifully sleek and modern each having their own signature theme.. Which I found to be quite a unique find right in the centre of Goreme - where you can only find in Nevşehir Uchisar! I had the chance to experience 4 different rooms during my stay! Room 2 was my favourite: a spacious modern stone room with a bathtub, a bathroom with a sunken level and pretty room lighting. If you would like to wake up and see the air balloons while having a bath I would opt for the top level or Room 8. If you are a solo traveller, Room 8 is also a great option, which also had nice floral decor and vase arrangement - smaller however still with a modern touch and bathtub (they also come with a detachable showerhead) . Sato Cave will also provide candles, lighter, fragrances or bubble bath mix.. Breakfast is a big spread in an a la carte Turkish style from 8:30-10:30am.
