What can I say about this hotel?!?! From the moment we arrived it blew me away! It is spectacular, so interestingly decorated, the staff were so very helpful in every way, and I got upgraded!! I was in the King Suite, which has the biggest copper bath I've ever seen, the suite is built into the rock so you really do feel like you're staying in a cave, albeit the most luxurious cave in the world! The massive bed was so comfy, and the pillows perfect (which is really difficult to find) Egyptian cotton bedding topped off the luxury and provided me with excellent sleep throughout my stay. I had organised the stay for myself and nine friends, all their rooms were fantastic too, one with a huge balcony that we could all sit on and our very own fairy chimney for photo opportunities! The staff were wonderful, helpful and smiley throughout, the spa and pool area were great too (pool was too cold for me but some of my friends were straight in!) Breakfast was wonderful, a very generous offering of breads and pastries with local cheeses, meats and local jams which were divine! Also eggs cooked how you liked, and an option of pancakes. Location is great, you can see the balloons at dawn from the many balconies and viewing areas, there's great walks on the doorstep and a short walk to the centre of town, making it peaceful and without traffic noise at all times. All of my group were so very impressed with the hotel and everything about this place, I'd definitely go back!!

This is by far the most exquisitely designed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every piece of furniture—mirrors, lamps, faucets and more—is elaborately designed with an angel theme. The whole hotel is like a huge fairy-tale castle, incredibly dreamy. The front desk is also beautifully decorated. The staff are young, handsome, polite and warm-hearted. They even upgraded my room for free, and the room is huge! The overall stay experience is amazing. Great value for money and absolutely worth staying.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is out of this world. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff also went out of their way to answer questions before the visit and made a booking for the spa. That was a great experience too.

Where do I start ? Unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed in , every detail is just perfect , from the amazing King Suite that we were lucky enough to stay in to the pool to the wonderful staff . Do hope we are lucky enough to return one day

My husband and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and this is hands down the best we have ever experienced. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the story and design behind the property make it feel truly special. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite on the cave side and it was magical. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully equipped, and the bathroom was stunning. We loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary water and treats in the foyer — small details that made a big difference. The staff and service were truly five-star. Every single person was attentive, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We used the pool, sauna, and steam room every day, and also treated ourselves to a massage, which was fantastic and so relaxing. We also dined at Lilith and had the best dining experience of our entire Europe trip. Special mention to Mustafa and Fatih — they were amazing. The food and cocktails were exceptional, some of the best we’ve ever had. We stayed for four nights and honestly could have stayed four more. We couldn’t fault a single thing and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. If you’re travelling to Cappadocia, you must stay here.

This hotel is underated. From the moment we arrived my husband and I were welcomed with warm arms. The view is surreal and the location is perfect for a bonding retreat my husband and I walked in to a room upgrade which made the stay memorable. The spa facilities are free which helped us relax after touring the area.excellent breakfast.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite, the room was huge and so comfortable with the additional bonus of an in room music system which for us who like background music was perfect. The interior design in this hotel is next level. Beds were so comfortable, shower huge and really good pressure Breakfast is incredible and plentiful. Spa area was great for a relax after a day out and about. Location is great, can walk to everything but that little bit removed so there's no noise The hot air balloons went right past the windows too which was incredible

The hotel is located near the main road at the bottom of the town. It's convenient to stay here without having to drive through the narrow alleys on the ancient city hill. The overall European style is very attractive. The room size is large and we are very satisfied. The room facilities are also complete and of high quality. The restaurant is beautiful and suitable for taking photos. The staff at the hotel's check-in counter are excellent and helpful!
