The hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio, excellent location 5 minutes from the city center, it is clean and cozy, for breakfast the owner personally made me an omelet with bacon, very pleasant reception staff, they helped with organizing excursions, shuttle buses and especially the owner Sergio, provided valuable advice and talked about history and himself, we definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended! The hotel is in a great position, very easy to find, and close to the center where you find most of the restaurants! The rooms are cleaned and beautiful and some of them have a great terrace, where you can admire the hot air baloon flights in the early morning. Great spot, believe me! Breakfast is good with fresh omelette/eggs options made express on the moment! But what really makes the difference is the staff. Sergio, the owner is one of the best person in hospitality ever met, always available, very kind, gave us many suggestions and tips about the area and more, he really went beyond expectations. And all the staff is great, Kadriye is a great receptionist, the night porter too, and the cleaning girls are great! Thanks to all of you, you made our stay amazing and fantastic!

We stayed 3 nights in this great hotel with stunning views. Comfortable accommodation in fantastic location - walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops and local attractions. The host was exceptional and super friendly! Kindly helped us organise red / green mixed day tour which was amazing. View from terrace hotel room and breakfast area just perfect for balloon watching early in the morning. Doesn't get much better. Thank you for a memorable stay! Highly recommend.

Booking services, cleanliness, good quiet location, well managed, and above all, a caring and responsive host. Sergio manages this place well and ensures his clients are perfectly satisfied with the place and services. Very satisfied with his arrangements for airport shuttle pickup, air balloon flights, red and green valley day tour. All done at a fair price, and significantly better than what I managed to get on online platforms. The cave restaurant recommendations were spot on too. Beautiful hotel, in a great location and wonderful owner

“Relaxing stay in Goreme.”

Clean and neat. Lovely terrace from where to watch the balloons and have some tea. Located so that the main street is only a short walk away, but the hotel itself isn't bothered by any noise from bars or traffic. Staff was extremely helpful and even dropped us off for a hike and at our bus station when leaving. Hotel has a laundry service.

The location was close to shops and restaurants. Hot air balloon sighting was the best. We could see the balloons from our balcony.
