“Overall, a nice hotel with a good atmosphere and exceptional staff, but the room did not fully meet our expectations.”
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was charming, and the location was good, on top of a hill with nice views and very close to the center of Göreme. The staff, especially the receptionist, were amazing: incredibly kind and always helpful. Their hospitality really stood out.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff is so so so friendly! The guy named Sami helped me a lot. Thank you very much! The room is super clean and well maintained. The shower is perfect. Breakfast is simple but good too, I ate the best eggs here.

The hotel staff Sami and the cleaning lady were very attentive. They are really kind and helpful. The location was superb because it was near the end of the corner so it was peaceful.

The location is great, close to the center. The staff is extremely friendly; they even allowed us to wait several hours after our check-out while we waited for transport to the airport. They lent us an umbrella to go to the center as there was a light rain. The staff is very warm and tries to help you in any way they can.

“Amazing experience, even better service”
The service was exceptional, and the best we have experienced in Turkey so far. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful and provided relatively close access to everything we needed in town. Breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying at Melek Cave Hotel, even in Winter as we did. We would choose to stay there again on our next trip to Goreme.
