“Pleasant”

Of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Turkey last month, this was the most impressive one. It wasn't just because it was a cave hotel, as I stayed in other cave hotels as well. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and it was very spacious. The bathroom even had a Jacuzzi large enough for two people, even though I was staying on my own, The combination of the spacious room and the very comfortable bed made my stay especially enjoyable. The staff were also very friendly. In particular, Numan (if I remember the spelling correctly) was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel and staff”

Great staff especially Omar and Mustafa who went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Location is great in a quite area but right in the town of Goreme so easy 2 min walk to the main street. Breakfast was also really good, delicious omelette. Highly recommend.

Beautyful cave room, nice peope. Perfect breakfast!

We liked the location of the hotel, which enabled quick.access to all major points in town. The room was comfortable, with slight shower challenges in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. We would come back..

Hotel is very nice and staff will always go an extra mile to facilitate you. Location is excellent for balloon ride and also balloon watching. Superb breakfast.

Hotel built in real cave with exceptional facilities and location. Breakfast it also nice and we really enjoyed with our 2 kids.

The beds, the room, the location, the breakfast everything was amazing 👏 The staff were incredibly helpful. We also booked red tour through the hotel, which included good lunch and 6 locations. Was good value of money.

The places is authentic. It looks exactly like on the photos. Great panoramic view from the top. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but did not speak english that good.

“Wonderful stay”

Thank you to the Medusa family for this wonderful experience. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to Yasemin for breakfast. Also, the hotel has a travel agency, and Mr. Haluk at reception was very helpful with our activities and tours in Cappadocia. The hotel owner arranged a hot air balloon flight for us at the best price. Thank you again for this unique experience.

The view was amazing, and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It also offers its own tour packages, which are competitively priced compared to others.

“A great start the the Medusa Cave Hotel”

The staff were great. Friendly reception staff and the lady at breakfast were extremely nice, friendly and courteous. The room was OK size but did the job. Bathroom was big with hot water and even jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good. Location was in the center of the village.

The location was perfect. Staff was very helpful, friendly and nice! A great thanks to Haluk and Jasmin!! They were exceptionally friendly and ready to help all the time. We had wonderful time with kids. Very delicios breakfast, clean room every day. Haluk helped us with all the excursions and baloon trip. Thank a lot for our stay in Gereme.
