Our stay at Cratus Stone Palace was absolutely amazing. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a truly authentic Turkish experience with exceptional service throughout our stay. What truly made the experience outstanding, however, was the receptionist, Seyied. He went above and beyond to help us with arranging day trips, preparing lunchboxes, and organizing our departure transportation. Most importantly, his genuine enthusiasm, kindness, and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and truly elevated our entire stay. We would highly recommend Cratus Stone Palace to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

I stayed at the Cratus Stone Palace and it was truly an outstanding experience. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Göreme. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality food. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect view of the hot air balloons at sunrise — a magical and unforgettable experience. What impressed me even more was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and luxurious stay. The reception was perfect as well. I would especially like to thank Seyid at the reception for his warm welcome and kindness. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel manager for their kindness, cooperation, and professionalism throughout our stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and if I ever return to Göreme, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a flight at 8am in the morning and they even packed breakfast for us to bring. Great view and convenient location.

Our stay at Cratus Stone Palace in Goreme was truly unforgettable — easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to take care of us. They arranged our airport transfer seamlessly, and check in was smooth. One of the absolute highlights was our guide, Firat, who took us on a two-day excursion through Cappadocia. It was nothing short of phenomenal. His knowledge, energy, and passion made the experience so special, and we got to see and learn far more than we ever expected. The accommodations themselves were beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm — exactly what you hope for. Our breakfasts were phenomenal, with the most beautiful view. They even went out of their way to fill the hot tub just for us, which was such a special touch after long days of exploring. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the level of care. When my suitcase broke, they didn’t hesitate to step in and fix it for me — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway without question. This kind of service is rare. It felt personal, warm, and genuine the entire time. We can’t recommend Cratus Stone Palace enough. If you’re coming to Cappadocia, this is where you want to stay.

“Nice, short stay”

Excellent location. Goreme is only a small town though so it is easy to get around. Good terrace. Quick check in and the room was big. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well although some water did leak out.

Everything was perfect. Staff were so polite and helpful, beds were comfortable, excellent location and breakfast was a proper grand turkish breakfast. A good selection of toiletries were also provided.

Personnel were super helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed the huge tub as an extra. Turkish breakfast was outstanding, many options, well presented and huge! Nice view from the terrace, including balloons in the morning ☺️
