once we were given the correct room with air conditioning, the accommodation itself was nice, the rooftop offered a wonderful view, and the location was great. The staff were also fairly friendly, but overall the negatives outweighed the positives and we would not stay again.

Everything impressed me. The staff is phenomenal. The rooms are beautiful, and the people are very friendly. They even have an agency, so you can handle everything in one place. The terrace is perfect in the boho style, with the cutest teddy bears. Breakfast is excellent. Bed is excellent. -10-

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They also operate a travel agency, so they can quickly arrange tours, transfers, and more. It's also very helpful that staff are always available in front of the entrance. The large roof terrace offers a great view and is very comfortable. We especially want to thank Memiş. We really appreciate your thoughtful breakfast and hospitality. Thank you so much!

“Wonderful helpful owners”

Owners were very helpful and couldn’t go enough for me. Very comfortable bed , clean big room. Excellent location to watch the balloons take off. Only about 0.5 mile to the balloon take off site. Fairly quiet location as not right in the centre but only a 5 minute walk away. Big breakfast

“Fantastic stay. Highly recommend !”

I liked everything. The owner welcomed me like a family member. I had a fantastic room with A/C and mosquito net over a big double bed. Room had an armchair, wardrobe with mirror, side tables and a big window. Bathroom full of toiletries and very clean. Big white towels, a kettle with a variety of tea and coffee. The room had a fridge with freezer compartment. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was very big and tasty. The hotel provides fresh-squeezed juices in front. Hotel is just a few minutes walking to the centre and has a lovely terrace where it is possible to watch balloons.

Family holding this hotel is very kind and welcoming, they were very helpful and in a good mood :) The breakfast was very good, we managed to hike all day long after eating it. Another advantage is the terrace right in front of balloons departing point, we could watch the balloons and go back to sleep a couple of hours more. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with our stay!

From the moment we stepped in the hotel until we left we loved everything. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They can go out of their way to help out. The room had all the amenities mentioned. The location is great as it is within walking distance to sunset view, sword Valley, dark churches.Other sites are 10 to 20 mins drive. They serve delicious breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The highlight, however, was the stunning view of the hot air balloons from the terrace – it was absolutely breathtaking! The host is truly the best person I've met in Turkey – so kind and welcoming. Local family ran hotel. Great location. Good daily breakfast. Super friendly and very welcoming. Loved the two upper levels to lounge outside. The room was clean, comfortable and had a kettle with coffee and tea packets and paper cups. Shower was hot. They also arranged our balloon ride and it was excellent value and a perfect ride. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was good and enough for everybody. They dont have self service but they bring some prepared plates to your table. It contains standart breakfast stuff with some really nice cheese varieties. So dont worry - you will not stay hungry :-)

Perfect stay! We loved the feeling you could be at home, we end up very close to our host, Memis, who was always available for anything we needed. The room and the bathroom were clean and there were hairdryer, two towels each as well as teas. There's a nice terrace were you can have the breakfast or also other meals. You can also reserve experiences through them, they suggest the best deals and manage with it!

It's not very high up but it is right across from the balloon takeoff location so you can see them from the terrace every day. The owner always booked the cheapest tours that I have found. I would recommend booking tours through them!
