this has been the dirtiest hotel, I’ve ever stayed in. rooms are so full of dust, that it’s really hard to breath. you can see that every surface in the room is dirty. furniture is really old and dirty. it’s quite expensive for what you will get, so book any other hotel.

Can’t express with words how amazing our stay at Kayatas Cave Suits was. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for our vacation in Capadoccia. Highlights: - Super kind and helpful staff. Special mention to Roman, who helped us with everything, from booking excursions and renting a car, to restaurant recommendations. Such a caring and beautiful person. - Breakfast was soooo good, with many delicious options. - The views, surroundings and the building itself are just stunning.

A perfect 10 stay in Cappadocia. Everything was simply perfect: the comfort of the accommodation, the cozy atmosphere, and every detail carefully taken care of. The reception staff are among the best — always attentive, kind, and willing to help at all times. The girl in the kitchen also deserves a special mention for her warm attitude and the delicious food that made every morning start in the best way. Without a doubt, a place where you feel welcome from the very first moment. I would return without hesitation.

The breakfast was excellent! The room was amazing with a beautiful dragon on the wall! The location is perfect, very close to the main street and roof top restaurants. The stiff was very very kind and helpful!

Our stay at this hotel unfortunately turned into a very uncomfortable and stressful experience. The main issue was the behavior and attitude of the hotel owner. As guests, you expect a certain level of professionalism, respect, and clear boundaries from hotel management. Unfortunately, this was not what we experienced during our stay. Some of the interactions felt inappropriate and unprofessional, which made the environment uncomfortable for us. When the situation escalated, I asked the staff for help but was refused assistance. I asked for help locating the room my sister had been moved to and also asked for help retrieving my belongings and important medicine. This basic assistance was not provided, which created a very stressful situation. When guests are denied help in situations like this, frustration naturally increases. The way the situation was handled by management made the atmosphere even worse instead of helping resolve the issue calmly. The communication felt dismissive and lacked the professionalism that you would normally expect from a hotel. Because of the overall experience and how the situation was handled, we ended up leaving earlier than planned. One of the staff members initially informed us that a refund would be arranged. However, this was later disputed by the hotel, even though the owner had previously apologized before we left. Overall, the customer service and conflict management were very disappointing. A hotel should make guests feel safe, respected, and supported if problems arise. Sadly, that was not our experience here. For solo female travelers in particular, I would personally recommend choosing another accommodation where professional boundaries and guest comfort are clearly respected. Based on our experience, the owner’s behavior gave the impression that he did not maintain the level of professionalism expected from someone running a hotel.
