Breakfast is a homemade style and there is variation every day. Felize is a great cook. They (Dervis) help arrange the hot air baloom experience and lent us money so that we can join the flight and pay him back after.

“Charming hotel, amazing breakfast, amazing staff”

We loved our stay at In Stone house. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning which gave as the opportunity to try a variety of Turkish food. The location was amazing. Cavushin is a charming neighborhood that felt extremely cozy and special. There are walking trails within walking distance from the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. However, if you prefer a more vibey atmosphere, Goreme may be more suitable. We were very glad we chose to stay in Cavushin as it felt very authentic, and Goreme is only a 5 min taxi ride away. There is also an incredible view point near the hotel which we climbed up every morning to view the balloons - although the balloons are also visible from the hotel rooftop.

The hotel was perfect for a family getaway (we booked 4 rooms). We could gather on the terrace or in the breakfast room to plan our days. The breakfast buffet was delicious (home made), but including a choice of fruit juice would have made the experience totally perfect.

Myself, my boyfriend and our dog stayed at the hotel for two nights. We really liked that there are no additional fees for the dog's accommodation, and in general the staff was very attentive and nice to us. The first morning, apparently, there weren't many guests at the hotel and we had breakfast separately. Since I'm a vegan, I wrote about it in advance but still I was pleasantly surprised that the staff remembered about it and made a vegan and vegetarian (for my boyfriend) breakfast for us. It is also nice that at any time you can drink Turkish tea and sit on the terrace. The hotel also arranged a hot air balloon flight for me, for which I thank them very much! Overall, it's a wonderful place, it would be nice to come back.

Fantastic breakfasts, very cosy rooms, beautiful and quiet place to stay. Very close to love valley, from where there is best view to see the hot air balloons. Kind owners and helpful staff, you feel as at home. Really recommend this place.

Very well maintained property, excellent service, great breakfast and big rooms. Property has lot of places to sit around. Everything was great. Owner of the hotel always there to give advice and help you to book many things with good price.

The staff was absolutely amazing, specially Derviş who helped us to get back the jacket I forgot in the bus to Capadoccia. The hotel is beautiful and it has a roof terrace with nice views. The room is cosy with very comfy bed. Breakfast is very good.

Beautiful property, rooms were nicely decorated and communal spaces were also very luxurious. The roof terrace was amazing. The staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was incredible, nice variety and the woman who cooks makes a fresh surprise daily. She’s a credit to the company.

I had a wonderful stay here, the room was big with a very comfortable bed, small and delicious breakfast and the staff super friendly!

we couldn't ride the hot air balloon because of strong wind. However, we're able to spend a fulfilling time to join horse riding tour and walk the ruins near the hotel.

In Stone House is a delightful find in Goreme. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They gave us advice on where to eat traditional food, and what tourist attractions were worth it. You can also exchange currency in the hotel. The room was nice, it was well-designed and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect because it gave us the opportunity to explore the village of Cavusin, which was really beautiful and not just touristic. The terrace was perfect for chilling at night and also to watch the hot air balloons. There is also a trail really close to the hotel which you can take to see the hot air balloons. Overall, a charming and convenient choice for a stay in.

The hospitality and the facilities were great

The hosts were super friendly and nice. Helped us book some tours, and also let us use the common areas after check out so that we would await our departure time.

Breakfast is great! Wonderful ladies cooked it, new Turkish dishes appeared every day, a large selection - for every taste. We took 2 deluxe rooms, the rooms had heating and the bathroom was heated. The wonderful person at the reception (looks like the owner) organized us a hot air balloon flight (amazing) and dinner with the Turkish Night show - special thanks and gratitude! Recommendation for lovers of hiking: there are many hiking trails around the hotel, you can walk around the valleys with rocks, wonderful views after dawn and before sunset. The hotel's rooftop terrace is a great place to watch the balloons fly.
