The location was brilliant — the hostess Guzide was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. She suggested a number of things to keep us occupied in the not so great weather. The breakfast was great and Nesrin ensured we were well fed. They accommodated an early breakfast on the day of our departure, to ensure we were well fed!

Best thing was the staff! Guzide was so welcoming and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and gave us advice for the area. The lovely lady (sorry I forgot her name) who served breakfast and made to order our omelets, also cleaned our rooms and made sure anything we needed we got (she was always running to help us, not walking). The room was very quaint clean and comfortable. There was a kettle to make instant coffee. The included breakfast was simple, but all we needed. Good A/C and heat, and plenty of outlets for charging. There were only 3 options for English TV, but we didn't miss that. We had the upper rooms that had amazing terraces with great views. The location was perfect, close to everything, and right next to the sunset hill. The hot air balloons often pass right over the hotel. A great place overall!

Amazing staff and very welcoming. They made us feel at home. Guzide was very helpful, caring and ready to help with anything. Breakfast is very good. Nasrine is an amazing cook, everything she prepared was delicious. Great location, very close to the lover's hill from where you can watch the balloons in the morning.

Nice cozy place, central location, excellent breakfast (I ate too much every morning). Also Guzide was very helpful in advising where to go for trips, dinner, the best spots for sunset.

Everything! If you are looking for hotel in Göreme, don’t think to long. This hotel is just perfect! We got a nice room with big balcony. The employee, Güzide and others were super friendly and they do it with heart. The breakfast was amazing, many options and variations everyday. They even help us to celebrated my husband‘s birthday and gave us surprise! Was a nice experience

The place was very picteresque and very charming with a pretty yard, rooms were spacious and very clean, staff was always polite and helpful, special thanks to the host who was very welcoming and especially to Nesir who makes a delicious breakfast and is overall a very nice lady.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very well situated and convenient. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time there. Everything was great, the room, the atmosphere, and especially the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Fatima and Nesrin for their kindness and their beautiful smiles every morning. They made our experience even more pleasant. We would also like to sincerely thank the owner, Güzide, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. As we had a very early flight and would miss breakfast, she prepared a special breakfast box for us. We were truly spoiled and deeply touched by this gesture. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

“Calm, cosy hotel close to view points”

I really loved my stay here! The hotel is in the perfect location, just a ten minute walk from the best view point to see the balloons take off in the morning. The room was cosy and comfortable, with no noise at night. The staff were so lovely and helpful! The two ladies serving breakfast were so kind and friendly and Yasmine on reception was super friendly and helpful, she helped me to book a day tour to see parts of Cappadocia. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The position literally inside the rocks, faboulous breakfast, the owners are so kind.

The host was very attentive and provided excellent service; we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location was superb, very close to the viewpoint for watching the hot air balloons.

Great host and greater breakfast

Stayed on my son's 33rd birthday. Received a complimentary upgrade for the room,a cake and also presents. The owner is chatty and friendly, making sure that we had a good time after each tour or excursion. I highly recommend the hotel purely on its location, however, the hospitality shown makes you feel like family.

The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they sincerely assisted me with everything I needed. This was the highlight of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. They also listened to and accommodated many of my requests, which I really appreciated. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.
