We had a fantastic time at Gedik Hotel. Nihat and his team could not do enough to help us plan our days and to get the best out of Cappadocia. The Hotel is in a nice quiet area of Goreme. We appreciated the peace.

Quiet location on the edge of Goreme. Double cave bedroom felt really authentic. Bed was comfortable. WiFi in room was good. Excellent water pressure in shower and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Lovely buffet breakfast served individually at your table. Fresh omelette offered daily. From 5pm - 8pm complimentary cake, coffee and tea offered. Comfortable viewing lounge. Complimentary toiletries provided, together with hairdryer.

Gedik Cave Hotel is perfectly situated-a very short walk away from the beautiful town centre and surrounds - a feast for the eyes!! The traditional Turkish breakfast offered at the Hotel was amazing!!! Our host, Nihat, was very helpful and obliging in assisting with queries both before our arrival and during our stay. Thanks to Nihat, we were able to leave Cappadocia with treasured memories - from the Green Tour to the magical sunrise hot air balloon experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Nihat and his team. We would highly recommend Gedik Cave Hotel.

The location is perfect. Only a 5 min walk to the Main Street but far enough away from the noise of the town

Cosy cave hotel with a really wonderful manager who helped us book a last-minute discount balloon ride and gave us advice on our itinerary. Very generous breakfast and great ambiance. The room was very big and furnished with traditional furniture and rugs. Nice and quiet at night. Parking was available at the bottom of the driveway to the hotel. There’s also a cute dog on site!

“Dream days in Cappadocia”

We had an amazing stay in Cappadocia thanks to Nihat. He helped us arrange the hot air balloon flight and all the excursions, and he made sure to find us a Spanish-speaking guide who took us around all the places we were interested in visiting. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and offers stunning views. The location is excellent. The breakfast and the tea time was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We would truly come back again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cappadocia!

“Best hotel”

This hotel is amazing. The staff is welcoming, the food is exceptional and they cleaned the room and changed the sheets everyday. There are different specials for breakfast and tea time every day. Also the location is perfect and we were able to park the car in front of the hotel. You can watch the balloons right from the terrace and it’s exactly like on the pictures.

I am a tourist from Malaysia. If you are planning to visit Cappadocia , staying at Gedik Cave Hotel is a must. The location is very close to centre Goreme, and you can easily walk there. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is excellent, especially because it is served on the rooftop with a beautiful view. The room is clean and comfortable. If I come to Cappadocia again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Lovely cave hotel with fantastic breakfast and kind staff.”

Kind personal, exceptional breakfast and very convenient location. Beautiful Christmas decorations were giving the place a nice touch. Free tea, coffee and cakes in the afternoon were a nice touch. We were here in winter and the rooms were nice and warm.

“Really nice place in Goreme”

We got an amazing stay in Gedik Cave Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always available to solve any problem and make your stay better. The breakfast is really good, and the location is super good to go to Goreme city center and to see the balloons in the morning. We got balloons going over us in the hotel terrace. I recommend this place.

Gedik is one of the few 'cave hotels' that's actually built into the rock. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nihat is very attentive to customers and makes yeu feel at home. The location is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This was my second time staying at Gedik and I'd choose it again.

Cute spot for families to stay, could probably eat out as breakfast has small variety of things. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cake was lovely and some things from breakfast and the Turkish tea was excellent. Loved that it was all homemade.

The property was an amazing location for central Göreme. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we had an amazing view for the balloons. Nihat and the staff went above and beyond helping us to book activities and offering recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
