“Living under a rock - literally! Amazing room”

This family-run hotel was very clean, and the location was good — away from the main Göreme high street, yet just a few minutes’ walk. The room was big and very clean. This is a small, three-room family hotel, and there are no lobbies to sit and meet people if that’s what you’re looking for. The breakfast was good, and the property has a single entrance through the reception area, which is full of smoke as the owner sits there and smokes. The family was very nice and accommodating. Booking.com has set up this property so that they take separate payments for each night in advance, meaning you will be charged a bank fee and currency exchange rate for each transaction. The hot water is not instant — you have to run the taps for a good 20–30 minutes. Because of this, I was not able to use the jacuzzi when I had planned, and I had to reorganise my schedule to be able to use it. The minibar is not free, and not even one water bottle or drink was included complimentary with the booking. While it is nice that the family provides a minibar, be aware that the prices of the drinks are significantly higher than what you would find in local grocery stores.

The staff is nice and patient. The location is very close to central and yet it is in quiet area. The room is big and clean.

Burat and his parents were very welcoming and helped organise the balloon and green tours. Breakfast also delicious.

I had an amazing stay! The property was immaculate, and everything was well organized. Yasar was incredibly helpful throughout my journey—he arranged all my airport pickups and drops, which made things so much easier. He even assisted with booking a hot air balloon tour, though we didn't get to take it due to time constraints; the prices were very reasonable compared to other tours. We checked in late at 1 AM, and it was great to see Yasar awake and ready to help us settle in. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—definitely the best I've had in Turkey and worth every penny. “Perfect”

Nice, comfortable and clan room. The location is excellent. This is a family-run hotel that really help us with all our needs, from tours organization to everithing else. They even provide us with heavy jackets so we could get on hot air baloon in the early morning as our luggage arrived late. If you have to go on hot air baloons or go on an excursion tour, I reccomend leaning on them, they will know how to accomodate you. What else to add, perfect.

“Excellent”

Friendly staff, lot of space inside the room, clean and typical Kapadokya style.

It's setting as cave rooms provided the experience we were looking for in Cappadocia. The location is within the Göreme town center, all shops and restaurants within five minutes walk. One room was with hot stone slab which was perfect for recovering after long walks and hikes. Another room had Jacuzzi but we didn't get to use it. Breakfast is simple but gets you ready for the day. The host family were very friendly. Bonus was free apricots from the tree in the courtyard.

Hotel has airport shuttle transfer facility which is very cheap, provided you coordinate with them while booking or ask them to help post booking

Family run business, very polite and courteous , clean and tidy rooms, very large room/bathroom.

We had a lovely time. The owners and family were attentive and very polite. The feeling of living in a cave hotel was special, and although it was 38 degrees outside, the temperature in the rooms was very cool. We didn't need to put the air conditioning on. The breakfast was of a good standard.

The stay was simply amazing. The room was beyond our expectation and was very spacious. The experience of staying in a cave room was exceptional. Our host Yazar was very friendly and helpful. He was always there to help us with all the facilities and helped with last minute bookings for red tour.

“Central, but quiet location”

This is a family run mini hotel with only three rooms. Rooms are well decorated and cosy. Due to cave nature, rooms do not have much sunlight but this is a good side as it naturally blacked out and sleeps well in there. Breakfast is simple, but decent. Overall gives a live-like-a-local experience. Owner is very helpful and always smiling. Parking is private in front of the entrance.
