There is a terrible, constant smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the drain. The room has no air conditioning, which is a disaster, and the TV is incredibly outdated. The breakfast definitely needs improvement—it's the same every day, with no fruit at all. Also, a major complaint: I have nothing against dogs, but letting them into the kitchen really makes no sense.

We arrived early morning and were able to do an early check in which was amazing! Location is the perfect walking distance from town. The terrace area also has stunning views of the balloons in the morning!

“Comfortable and cozy”

Unique and good views from the Family Room. The breakfast was nice and the staff/family were very cozy. They also helped us a lot on arranging airport pickups.

Where do I start? The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the town centre, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded The staff are brilliant - they are friendly and laid back and don’t fuss over you, but they are there if you need them. Our room (Sultan) was great - very spacious with everything we needed. The roof terraces, both inside and outside are truly wow, with gorgeous views (and good for watching the balloons) The breakfast is varied and plentiful - with the added bonus of the great views (inside or outside). Turkish tea is available all day - what a nice touch.

Breakfast, staff, location, warm room (gas heating, heated floor). Could wait in terrace lounge after check out. Flexible.

Absolutely amazing staff Leyla. She was extremely helpful, gave advice and guided us for our sightseeing. The location is really good and it's really good value for money

“Exceeded expectations”

Clean and feels relatively new. Very short walk into the centre of Goreme. Excellent value for money and staff are very helpful. Included breakfast is of great variety and standard.

Conveniently located to all shops, restaurant, souvenirs shop. The receptionist was so amazing. She upgraded our room to a triple bed with a nice view of the chimney for no cost. She help us book a balloon chase tour for just a few minutes. The roof top padeo during the night so spectacular. The room was so spacious and so comfy that we slept for 7 hrs straight instead of just a power nap, that's how relax we are. Highly recommended place to stay in Goreme. Aesthetically looks very nice. Nearby to the food and souvenirs streets. It has a nice rooftop to chill and view the rising hot air balloons/ sunsets/ sunriss.

“Perfect location and view for active traveller”

The location is very good: just one street back the main road, in a quiet side street. Space for 4 to 6 cars parking in front. Bus stationin 2min and plenty of restaurants, travel agencies etc. Breakfast is served inside or on a 360 degree terrasse with view. You can watch balloons in the morning, as well as the night lights. The rest of the day, you can bring your coffee, tea or wine up. There is also a small garden.

We loved the view and the rooms upstairs from where you could admire the balloons in the morning. The receptionist was nice and helpful.

The rooftop is great, we had a marvellous experience watching the balloons from the rooftop, breakfast was served in there too, beautiful view.

The staff and the owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The owner went above and beyond by helping us arrange a birthday cake at a very reasonable price and even assisted with taking photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The terrace of the property offered a stunning view of the hot air balloons and the sunrise — truly unforgettable!
