“Beautiful Place”

I truly recommend staying at Chelebi in Cappadocia. It is such a beautiful and cozy place, with a wonderful view and a very comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and everything made the experience feel very special. A lovely place that I would definitely recommend.

The location is very good and near to the city center. The cave house was warm and cozy, providing good insulation against the outside cold. The turkish breakfast was really good, especially the menemen and it is one of the highlights staying here!! The service was also good and thoughtful.

“Great stay”

Ok ok, so you might not get everything that you expected. Our single bed turned out to be a sofa, and we didn’t get bathrobes or slippers. What we DID get however was an authentic cave experience, stonking breakfasts, a great shower, fantastic location and the genuine care and kindness of our hosts who helped us in every way. Our slight annoyances were soon forgotten and we had a really amazing time at this hotel.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience at Chelebi Cave House. Everything from the service to the breakfast exceeded our expectations. A special thanks goes to Tahir for organising our tours and helping us rebook our balloon flight when the original one was cancelled. We can't recommend it enough.

We had a fantastic stay! The cave room was very unique, clean, and plenty of space for 4 people. The staff were so pleasant and responsive to all our needs. Don't miss the breakfast—it’s a delicious traditional meal rather than a typical hotel breakfast. The staff's kind explanations and attentive service made it even better.

It was a charming hotel. The staff are super helpful. The best was the breakfast . The spread was great and we were spoilt for choice . Lovingly prepared by the ladies of the house . Wonderful experience .

“LIKE A FARYTAIL. A MAGICAL PLACE TO BE”

From the moment we made our reservation, the hotel contacted us for further details and helpfull comments. All the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, from the receptionists to the ladies serving breakfast. This is a family-run business that truly puts great effort into taking care of its guests. One of the three brothers who work there kindly helped us book our activities (hot air balloon ride and horse riding), as well as arrange a minivan for our return to Kayseri Airport (be careful, as taxis in the area are generally quite expensive). We were lucky enough to be able to experience the balloon activity,as we learned that they had not flown for two weeks due to weather conditions,and the day we were there was the first day they flew again after that period. The biggest surprise and highlight was the breakfast: a huge variety of small dishes, each one more delicious than the last (the photo I’m posting does not show everything we were served… there were even more!).On our last day, since we were leaving early (around 6 a.m.) and wouldn’t have time for breakfast, they offered us sandwiches ,a very thoughtful gesture The location was excellent, as you could easily walk everywhere. Overall, a wonderful accommodation.

We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast with incredible views. The hotel was very clean and well presented. Staff were very helpful.

Hands down the best service in whole of Turkey; quality rooms, quality vibes and most importantly quality service. Bathroom is equipped with heated floor and generously provided with every essentials. Room was spotty clean and cleaned everyday, also arranged perfectly once it was clean. Location wise, The cave house itself is located in a central location in close proximity to every major attractions in Cappadocia. Upon arrival Tahir helped us get booked for alternative balloon ride in no time as our pre-booked balloon ride was cancelled due to worsening weather condition. It's a family run business and every member/staff of family made us feel home with their outstanding dedication just to make guest happy. Breakfast served here is best in Turkey and can't deny it's one of the best in Eurasia.

“Exceptional. The best accomodation experience we have ever had.”

Great central location, easy walk to restaurants. My kids LOVED the family cave suite! Beds were SO comfortable! Breakfast was incredible. Customer service is exceptional. We booked all activities through the hotel as we got told this was the cheapest way. It definitely was. The effort the staff went to in arranging activities to suit us was terrific and they made sure we had a great time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be back.

“A magical stay”

This place is just magical. We had a stunning room with a fabulous view of the balloons. The staff weee amazing and booked everything for us, tours, hot air balloon etc. Walking distance to everything. A fantastic breakfast. It was all just wonderful.

Location was brilliant, the complete vibe of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for, the breakfasts were phenomenal. The brothers who run the hotel were extremely helpful, particularly as one of our family members became ill in the night and they could not have been more helpful, checking we had whatever we needed, giving us supplies and helping us to change plans. Highly recommend.

“Truly amazing stay”

We have just returned from an amazing 3 night stay at the delightful Chelebi Cave House. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all our needs catered for. Tahir was extremely friendly and helpful, booking our transfers and tours and recommending restaurants for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, we looked forward to eating Dilek's homemade feast each morning. The hotel offers spectacular views from their rooftop and all the staff are attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the most wonderful experience, we highly recommend a stay at your hotel and hope to return in the near very future.
