“Lovely hotel great staff”

The hotel is in a really location, close to all the shops and restaurants. It's a very pretty hotel and the well kept and maintained. The staff were lovely and always helpful and polite. The decor of the rooms and reception area was great and the restaurant modern with good food and service. The roof terrace was fab and a great place to chill in the day or a must, to see the balloons in the morning.

The hotel and it's facilities are amazing, super friendly staff, a big breakfast variety, 1 minute walk from the main street in goreme, and most importantly it has a stunning view at night from the terrace. Very highly recommended!

Breakfast was typical Turkish , meaning variety and lots of local tasteful options. Quite pleased with it. Cozy spa area, we took advantage of it too. Concierge team made our stay unforgettable, they took care of us so nicely organising our daily activities.

Great hotel! Stayed with friends, so i saw 3 different rooms and they all were absolutely pretty, cosy, clean and warm. Super comfy bed. Very friendly staff. We booked the balloon flight through the hotel and we were very happy with the company. The indoor pool is amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of Göreme, so everything is easy to walk to, even to the Open-Air-Museum. Breakfast is amazing. It is served in the restaurant, which is in the hotel compound, and it is definitely worth a visit in the evening too! Stunning food!!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Especially Fatma from the restaurant was very friendly, sincere and attentive. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was very rich and delicious. The hotel was also very clean.

The location was very convenient, just a few meters away from shops and restaurants. We stayed for three nights and had no complaints at all. The rooftop view was beautiful—we watched the hot air balloons rise during sunrise—and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, almost spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the amenities provided. The breakfast spread was magnificent; everything was delicious. There was also a cute resident dog, Daisy, who was just the loveliest. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cappadocia.

The property was incredible. It was comfortable, and stylish. We stayed in a suite which was beautifully presented and had lovely amenities. The spa was very relaxing and the restaurant excellent. Fatma served us daily and was a delight. So helpful and accommodating.
