The location is unbelievable, such a magical place and there’s beautiful terraces you can watch the balloons from in the morning. The room is stunning, fixated within a carved out cave that was very special

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating when we were checking in and out, and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is great and the restaurant serving breakfast was delicious.

“Enjoyable stay!”

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Göreme. We stayed in the suite room, which was very spacious and included a separate living room area. I especially enjoyed sitting there in the morning and looking outside at the hot air balloons. The room had underfloor heating, which was a huge benefit since the weather was quite cold during our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The security guard, Ali, assisted us during both check-in and check-out with our heavy luggage, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. It is not a buffet; instead, food is set on the table each day, and you can choose your main dish from the menu, which is freshly prepared.

What a wonderful hotel in the centre of Göreme. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were beautifully decorated.

I proposed to my girlfriend here - the rooftop terrace is stunning and has a great view over the valley and the town and you can see all the balloons. The hotel is lovely, has everything we needed and the breakfast is great. The staff helped get me flowers for my proposal too.

The place was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was perfect, with plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and memorable. The cave room looked exactly as shown in the pictures and, in my honest opinion, it was truly one of the best rooms you could find in Cappadocia. The one we stayed in felt almost untouched, preserving much of its original charm and authenticity, which gave it such a unique and special atmosphere. The terrace was another highlight, offering breathtaking views of the sunrise while watching the hot air balloons float across the sky. It was an experience that felt straight out of a dream. The receptionist was wonderful, always attentive and ready to share great suggestions on things to do in the area. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Everything about this place had such an aesthetic charm, from the design to the atmosphere. Highly recommended!
