We had a great stay. The breakfast was great, the room interior was beautiful and very clean. The rooftop was lovely at night, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a short walk from the town centre with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and excellent service. It’s a small family owned property, felt like home away from home. They went the extra mile to make a birthday getaway perfect. Firstly the hotel staff are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond for every need, they are approachable and friendly, plus they are full of advice. They made the room special for my partner’s birthday. The room was clean and they offered room service daily. Also the breakfast was incredible! Huge selection everyday and such fresh and nice food. Lastly, the location is excellent in the centre of Goreme. Plus there’s a very friendly dog!

Great location, the breakfast is delicious!!! The view of the terrace is amazing, you can have a great breakfast with the balloons next to you. The staff is really kind and helpful. They even let me do a early checkin without hesitation.

Excellent location close to the city centre where you have all the shops and restaurants. Friendly staff always helpful The property was not much up the hill ideal for those who wants to avoid steep walks.has nice roof top with good views .

I loved the balcony for watching balloons, sunsets drinking the local organic wine watching the city light up, and such friendly and helpful staff on site at all times. Walking distance to nearly everything awesome too

“Truly magical experience”

Staffs were friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to the staffs preparing breakfast. Staffs were very helpful in organising transport etc, always smiling. Breakfast was top notch, could not ask for any better. The location was strategic not only because of its central location in Goreme but also to view the hot air balloon at sunrise. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Overall a magical experience and highly recommended.

I am an older, seasoned traveler. I have never experienced such caring from staff. The airlines lost my luggage and passport. The staff called relentlessly trying to retreve my luggage. The owner even tried calling a friend at Turkish Airlines for help. This is a family owned business that went way beyond what would be expected to help me. The free breakfast was expansive and I loved trying all the local foods. The staff was incredible and would do anything to make you happy. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
