Han was an exceptional host. His positive energy and vast knowledge of the area made for a very relaxing stay. Nothing was too much of an ask for him or any of the other lovely staff. We were upgraded to a room with a better view free of charge. The views from the rooms balcony were spectacular, only matched by the panorama on the rooftop terrace. This is where we viewed the balloons, getting lovely photos. It is also where we had a delicious and filling breakfast each morning. We had an excellent time! Thank you!

“Unforgettable”

We had a memorable stay at the Arif Cave Hotel. Our room was impeccable: spacious, extremely comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was the best we've ever had in Türkiye and the location is undoubtedly the hotel's highlight! The view is exclusive, allowing you to watch the sunrise with the balloons and the sunset in total comfort, without having to fight for space at the crowded tourist viewpoints. The staff is amazing and very supportive. A special thank you to Gokhan, who was exceptional. He provided all the help we needed, from booking our balloon ride to giving us great restaurant recommendations and sharing fascinating insights about Turkish culture. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will definitely be back!

“Best location in Goreme!”

Great stay at Arif Cave - the hotel is in the best location, immediately below the lookout point for the whole valley. We were really well looked after by Han and breakfast on the terrace each morning was delicious. Great view from the room balcony

I stayed at your hotel for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th. During my stay, I was truly grateful for all the support they provided. In particular, when I was feeling unwell, I deeply appreciated their help in arranging a hospital visit, which made me feel very safe and supported. At check-out, I was also not feeling well, and I did not have cash with me, so I was unable to properly express my gratitude at that time. I had been thinking about this with regret after leaving. After returning to Japan and recovering, I reached out again to thank you. In response, the team kindly said, “You don’t need to send anything” and “Your kind heart is more than enough.”I was truly touched by their kindness. I was deeply moved by how they value people’s feelings over money. Even after returning to Japan, I have continued to feel the warmth of this experience. The hotel was always kept clean, and the staff consistently showed great care and concern for me even while I was unwell. The room and view were already wonderful, but what made my stay truly special was being welcomed by such warm and kind-hearted people. Throughout my stay, I was able to feel completely at ease thanks to their constant kindness and hospitality. It was truly a heartwarming experience. I would especially like to thank Betty for her exceptional support. As she mentioned on our first day, I hope to return for a 5-night stay next time. When I do, I would love to thank you in person. Real cave boutique hotel with stunning view!

Betty and Han were the most helpful and amazing hosts. Great location, dreamy room, everything was more or less perfect. They helped pack breakfast for us before their usual schedule, as we had an early departure, which was way too kind and unexpected.

Lovely staff, both friendly and very helpful. We had the cave room with the view of the hot air balloons, which was perfect with the balcony. Very clean.
