We absolutely loved staying in this cave house! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The cave was not humid at all, the temperature inside was perfect, and we were amazed by how spacious it was. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Thank you so much for such a wonderful one-night experience — we would happily stay again! ⭐️

“Perfect cave house for visiting the Gorafe Desert”

We loved staying in this cave house, it was a great experience! It was very spacious, had everything we needed and the views over the village and the local scenery were super. Amazingly, although the temperature was close to freezing at night outside, there was no need for heating inside at all such is the insulation of the cave! The hosts were very nice and were on hand should we have needed anything. We didn’t need to bother them as we had everything we needed. The local Gorafe desert is a stunning landscape and well worth exploring!

“Lovely cave home on amazing location”

Location was perfect. It's super close to Geopark and amazing other places. The host was super friendly and welcoming. I'm always a bit of scared of big dogs, but Nina, the very big dog from the owner, was very friendly and calm. The cave home temperature was like 20 degrees in the further away (sleeping) rooms, even with 37 degrees outside. The living room is maybe 23 max with windows fully open. This place does not have a/c , but it also doesn't need it. Really really amazing.

Everything was just perfect! The sleep quality in here is just something else, you have to experience it!

Everything was perfect - from the moment we were asked about the time of arrival (to let us know, that restaurants and store will be closed before our arrival, so we should do the groceries on the way) till the end of our stay. Everything was explained clearly. There's a place to park the car as well. I would definitely come back in the future.

Spacious cavehouse with a nice view on the village. Everything you need is there. If you climb a stair just around the corner you have a stunning view on the other side. Loved the colours of the rocks at sunrise and sunset. Mary is a lovely host.

We loved the comfort and cozyness of the cueva and the pleasant temperature inside, although outside it was freezing during the night. The place was really clean, the wi-fi really strong and the owner really kind and helpful. Yes, the village is rather isolated, but the landscape is amazing and one can have an authentic Andalusian countryside experience while visiting Gorafe, let alone enjoying the absolute silence if accommodated in this cueva.

The host is charming. The house is spotless and friendly. It is large, too, and can easily accommodate a family or a group of friends. As always in a cave house, quietness is absolute, and the atmosphere most relaxing. A very, very nice place for a very reasonable price.

Great location overlooking the village. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The house is full of character, spacious for a family of 5 with 3 kids. The provision of "essentials" like shower gel, cooking oil, salt etc. was nice.

We went there as a family and the apartment was very spacious and very clean. Being inside a troglodyte is indeed a very nice and strange feeling but it was so clean and well aranged that everyone felt comfortable in it. Very recommended and very good experience !
