“The best you could find in Batumi.”

The best property in Batumi for a family or company. Very clean, compostable, there is all you need to feel like home, towels, dishes, washer and dishwasher, nice little patio and backyard. The hostess is friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Close to the see ( 5 min walk), 15 min drive from Batumi downtown.

We booked this place for 8 nights with our friends. On the second day, my wife got a terrible allergy to one of the plants that was planted in the backyard. We tried to manage it with medicines but without success. On the 4th day, we decided to move out because it was a horrible vacation with this allergy. I asked the owner about a refund for part of the money for the rest of the days that we can't live in this place. The owner of the house refused any refund, claiming that he had already taken the money to the bank and, in general, that he does not owe anything to anyone and has no intention of returning anything. His attitude was: if you can’t live here, then don’t — that’s your problem. So be careful - here is an absolutely unwilling-to-cooperate landlord and passionflower in the backyard, which can cause a severe allergy.
