A cozy place with a smart interior and comfortable beds. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach, and it was a good sea view from the balcony. Tasty breakfasts costs 15 lari, and there are gentle and friendly owners in a hotel.

Everything was perfect. I loved the balcony facing the sea. Clean room.

“Wonderful Stay with a Warm and Welcoming Family”

An incredibly kind and welcoming family 😊. They arranged an airport transfer for us and greeted us warmly 🤗. We left with only wonderful memories of our stay. The hosts were amazingly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we had questions 🙌. The rooms were spotless 🛏️✨. Breakfast was delicious and filling 🍳🥐 — we really enjoyed it. We loved the beautiful garden around the house 🌸🌿 and the spacious balcony where we enjoyed relaxing evenings with a glass of wine 🍷. 🇺🇦 We will definitely visit them again when we will be in Georgia 🇬🇪

Very good location, close to the beach and the mountain too. Cheap and delicious traditional food. Also I liked the big,bright and clean rooms with beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely visit this hotel again!!! Thank you very much for your hospitality❤️❤️

The hotel was very clean all around. The room was spacious and had a great view. The owners and the staff were friendly and attentive.

It’s not out first time staying here. I love the location, very calm place comparing to the hotels located near the beach. Room was clean the white sheets and towels were perfect. Pretty big room with a balcony was so comfortable. It has everything you might need.

“Very nice guest house in Kvariati”

We had a spacious room with a very comfy bed and a well functioning airco unit. The hosts were very friendly. Only the daughter speaks Englisch so the hosts and I communicated with Google Translate (Dutch), which worked OK. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Georgia. When I mentioned that we loved the pancakes, the host made them again the next day.

The location of the hotel is perfect, behind it there are mountains and wood and in front of the hotel is very calm neighborhood. You can see the black sea from the balcony. The rooms are very large, clean, the balcony is quite wide as well. Rooms are equipped with electronic kettle, fridge, air conditioner, hair dryer. The staff is very warm and friendly, they are always trying to help you. The hotel is in 500 meters from the beach, there are some markets around, but if you are lazy to prepare something on your own, you can also ask the hosts to provide you with meals.
