Friendly host, big garden, and clean facilities. Good location for visiting Monet garden and nearby villages like Vernon.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely modern shower room. It’s in a private home but has a separate entrance. It has good off road parking behind electric gates. A very good breakfast was included and was served in the owners dining room. It consisted of tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, croissants, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, nuts, and with jam, fruit and honey from their garden. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful and were able to advise on excellent local restaurants.

The property is a nice annex close to the house with a view to a cute garden and very close to the river for a quick walk. Very close to the Gardens of Claude Monet, and the host is super kind!

Comfortable two room apartment in a lovely old Normandy style house overlooking the fields towards the Seine. Run by a well travelled friendly couple that takes all efforts to make you feel at home. Super warm welcome with a nice glass of wine and delicious snacks to start our stay. Excellent breakfast and good tips to explore the surroundings.

Natalie was a great Host from the first moment we met her, very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very pleasant and the view from the balcony was a bonus. All the facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was great and the location perfect for its proximity to Monet's garden and other great sights. Highly recommend, thank you.

“Perfect to visit Giverny”

I consider this accommodation a unique find. Natalie and Henry were perfect hosts and gave us plenty of information about the area, what to see and where to eat out. Unfortunately Google maps played up for us and took us miles out of the way but a quick phone call to Natalie set us back on track. We had a warm welcome on arrival. Secure parking was a bonus. The room itself was very spacious and the bed large and very comfortable. The accommodation was clean and tidy. There is a small kitchette which is a nice touch. The showeroom was of a good size and the shower worked perfectly. The toilet, as some other reviewers have pointed out, is separate and just outside the room but this did not cause problems for us. The garden is large and it was nice to be able to eat Al fresco on the night we arrived and bought items for a picnic.

The room was huge and comfortable with a separate entrance. Nice to have a small kitchenette within it was well. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, with a good breakfast provided. A good location in a very peaceful area near the Seine, but only 50 minutes from Versailles where we were heading the next day.

Idyllic village setting. Very spacious room, very well appointed. I want that shower in my house! It's so classy. Mme. Ratz is a delightful host, friendly, outgoing and very interesting to chat with. All in all, well thought out accommodation with an excellent breakfast, and pretty near perfect without being over the top. Highly recommended.
