“Sleep in a restaurant?!”
Surprisingly, the rooms in the Fish Hook Marina Hotel look out into the restaurant through well camouflaged ‘ inside-out only’ windows with additional curtains. The room was spacy, clean and comfortable, airco, fridge and kettle available.

“This is a relaxed place to get an authentic Costa Rican experience.”
This is a great place to stay. The room we rented was huge and had a nice view of the bay. The food at the restaurant is pretty good and we enjoyed the free breakfast. After we finished dinner, we were treated to manta-ray swimming by as we looked on from the balcony. It doesn't have the feel of a typical hotel, however, so US tourists might be a little apprehensive about staying here.

the views are stunning and for a bar on the harbour cannot be beaten. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable.

“Excellent value for money at unique and unusual location”
It was unusual and great fun to stay overlooking the Golfito marina - a great spot for the sunset and spotting sea birds. The restaurant was overlooking the water and served good local food. The night we were there was lively, with lots of Ticans enjoying supper so a great atmosphere ... fruit cocktails excellent too! The rooms are huge with a lovely big bed and bathroom, plus fridge and coffee facilities.
