Good location. The sea was no more than a ten minute walk away. The apartments had dishes and clean bed linen. The apartments themselves were quite comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Vila Gersina we travelled with our three little ones and everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved playing in the garden. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. All went smooth and stress-free. It was a perfect stay for our family. Highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Gersina! The owners were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making my family feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even taking the time to help us locate a nearby supermarket, which was a great convenience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which was both beautiful and peaceful - could be the time of the year where the bigger toursit wave has left :). The room was clean and well-maintained, the bed and bedding was comfortable, we had towels provided for the night and a light blanket was made available upon our request right away. The garden is so beautiful with a place for young children. We truly liked our stay.

Yes, Booked the property for one night via Booking.com, one left on this site. The total to be paid was 37 Euros. The property supplied a bank account details, tried to make payment, but the swift code provided was not in full. Written to the property via this site, asking for full swift code, been ignored, written again explaining it and suggested to pay when arrived. Ignored again. On the same day after my messages, the property price went up to 51 Euros, got a bit confused since it was already booked by me, and supposed to have been sold out? Am I missing something? The booking was made for Saturday the 6th of June which we of course made to the property. The owner basically told me that the property was sold out since you have not paid. and it was a shock to us. I have had booked the property taking with me elderly parent aged over 75 and to be told you have no space here. He than to cover what he did suggested us to stay at his neighbor property, which had no choice but to accept it. I was a nightmary. Be careful with this property.

The place was very very dirty. Everywhere with flies and other filthy insects. When I opened the bed to sleep it i found a spider and two white baby spiders luckily i had another pair of sheets to put on top because it was very filthy. My friend has pet allergy and we did not have any pet, he was all night clogged up with the allergy. I mean it was a very horrible experience... NEVER AGAIN

Villa Gersina looks lovely with a beautiful green garden, but it needs some renovation here and there to make it really shine again. Host is really nice, speaks a little English but is trying. Cleaning wasn't spot on, some hairs in the bathroom and the kitchen wasn't really clean as well. Beds slept good, apartment was nice and big. Bathroom (like everywhere in Albania) small. The sandy beach is really close, less than a 5 minute walk. Furrë buke close by. Pizzeria Krasniqi is really good and they even deliver on the beach. Parking on the street, we had a good spot. Down the street they are building some new hotels, hope Villa Gersina will stay beautiful and unique and really wishes for them that the big hotels don't take away the guests from the smaller ones like Villa Gersina. All the best!

The lovely garden; friendly and helpful owners. Near to a beautiful sandy beach. The beach is quiet in the beginning of May, probably very crowded in July/August

The villa was pretty. Very family friendly environment and the staff was very polite.

Nice owner waited for us till late midnight when we came, thanks for it. Good place not far from the sea. Air condition in hot times was excellent. Thanks for nice stay. Next time again.

“stinky stay”

1. Fridge was spacious and was very well chilled. 2. We had a small induction cooking plate so you could cook if you wanted to. 3. The garden at the front of the hotel was very cozy with greenery and a pool table, our room also had a clothesline and a small balcony. 4. The owner was quietly waiting for us to finish a little after checkout time. He didn't even check the room and it was all right. 5. The cottage is within walking distance of the beach and was close to a number of restaurants and shops. 6. Despite the unpleasant smell of the house, it was a nice cute apartment. (Very old fashioned)

The host was great, we arrived a lot later than expected, he was waiting for us with our keys to the room. His english was good enough for us to understand each other without problems. Very kind man. The room was on the second floor, we are a young couple so not a problem for us a couple of stairs. The room was huge, well equipped with everything you need, also clean and fresh towels were waiting for us. The villa is situated 2 minutes from the main beach, easily accessible on foot. Definitely recommend, best value for money we have ever seen. .

Everything! Such a beautiful oasis with wonderful plants and scenery. The aircon and kitchen facilities worked well, and it was lovely to hear the other guests' children playing in the courtyard. The owner gave us espresso and raki whilst we waited for our taxi. Top class Albanian hospitality!

Се грижеше да ни биде удобно и излегуваше во пресрет на нашите барања. Вилата беше многу блиску до плажа а со оглед на моите две мали деца тоа ми беше многу важно.
